Objective:(1).To study the characteristics of proximal femoral medullary cavity in patients with intertrochanteric fractures;(2)Comparison of the severity of intertrochanteric fractures in the proximal femur of different femur under low energy injury;(3)Different proximal femoral medullary cavity morphology on intercropping fracture PFNA intramedullary surgery. Methods:In this study, through the collection of Department in Shanxi Dayi Hospital from December 2012 to January 2017 diagnosed as intertrochanteric fractures in patients with preoperative and postoperative hip(including the upper femur)anteroposterior and lateral view X-ray digital imaging information and clinical information.Measuring 3 proximal femoral medullary cavity parameters and 2 canal morphological parameters with software, analyze the correlation of the parameters, and the inner diameter of the proximal femur 2 canal morphological parameters in software, analysis of the correlation parameters.Recorded five surgical indicators and fracture classification. To analyze the difference between the proportion of fractures and the surgical indicators in CFI typing.Results:(1).The diameter of proximal femoral medulla in patients with intertrochanteric fractures was significantly higher than that in the previous cases,The femoral medullary morphology for the proportion of patients with chimneys about 20%.(2).Under low energy damage(fall injury),Unstable fractures more common and the difference between the proximal femoral medullary morphology did not significantly affect the severity of the fracture.(3).The difference of the proximal femoral medullary morphology had nosignificant effect on PFNA intramedullary fixation.
