Caspofungin Combined With Aspirin,Verapammy Study On Antibacterial Effect Of Candida Albicans In Vitro

Objective:1.To understand the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in patients with VVC in this region;2.Study on the susceptibility of Candida albicans to commonly used antifungal drugs;3.Study of aspirin combined with caspofungin,verapammy in the free state of Candida albicans whether sensitization phenomenon.Method:From March 2016 to October 2016 in the outpatient department of Shanxi Provincial Maternal and child health hospital for patients with suspected VVC specimens from 103 strains after fungal culture,subculture,respectively using CHROMagar and strain identification API 20 C AUX and molecular biological methods,finally obtained 79 Candida albicans.Using M27-A3 broth microdilution antifungal drug,single drug application in 42 strains of Candida albicans in vitro drug sensitivity test,record of four drugs MIC50 values were calculated and compared.The resistance of Candida albicans to four antifungal agents;will caspofungin and aspirin combined with verapammy in vitro drug sensitivity experiments on 42 strains of Candida albicans were observed before and after treatment with caspofungin,MIC50 value,analyze the relationship between the change of MIC50 value and combination,to further explore the role of aspirin,verapammy combined caspofungin in Candida albicans is the dissociative sensitization phenomenon.Result:1.In this study,a total of 103 patients with suspected VVC were collected.Finally,101 strains were obtained,Candida albicans 79 strains(78.22%),Candida albicans strain 12strains(11.88%),Candida tropicalis 4 strains(3.96%),nearly smooth Candida 3strains(2.97%),Candida albicans1strain(0.99%),the other of Candida albicans2 strains(1.98%).2.Caspofungin and azole drugs on 42 strains of Candida albicans in vitro drug sensitivity test results:20 strains is resistant to fluconazole,and the resistance rate is about 47.6%;24strainsisresistant to itraconazole,and the resistance rate is about 57.1%;18 strains isresistant to voriconazole,and the resistance rate is about 42.8%;13 strains isresistant to caspofungin,and the resistance rate is about 30.9%.3.Caspofungin combined with aspirin and verapammy,The MIC50 values of caspofungin were decreased from0.0156-8?g/m L to 0.0156-4?g/m L.Statistical analysis of MIC50 value before and after combined treatment:caspofungin and aspirin,the MIC50 value of caspofungin before and after the combination of verapammy,by the normal test,the data are in normal distribution,using t test and the result expressed by sx ±(1)Caspofungin monotherapy group(2.47±2.97)higher than that of caspofungin and combination group aspirin(0.75 ± 1.08),t=3.536,P=0.01,the difference was statistically significant.(2)Caspofungin monotherapy group(2.47 ± 2.97)higher than that of caspofungin and combination group verapammy(0.68 ± 1.09),t=3.677,P=0.01,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Candida albicans is still the main pathogen of VVC,Candida albicans susceptibility to caspofungin was higher than that of azole drugs.2.Candida albicans resistance to caspofungin was lower than azoles.3.Aspirin,verapammy are associated with and caspofungin increased susceptibility to caspofungin,you can do as a sensitizer caspofungin,is a new strategie for the treatment of VVC.
