Objective: The space geographic information database of human brucellosis in Shanxi Province was created by county level administrative area,described the population distribution,time distribution and regional distribution of brucellosis in 2011 ~ 2015 of Shanxi province,and explored the space distribution relationship and space-time characteristics and some may affect the distribution of brucella related factors,Then made the results visual display,the aim is making effective and reasonable strategy to provide the scientific basis for prevention and control of brucella in Shanxi Province.Methods: This study used the existing brucella monitoring data of Shanxi Province,and collected the other related data from Shanxi Province statistical yearbook,the national earth system data sharing platform and geospatial data cloud,to carry out the system research by county level administrative area of brucella in Shanxi Province.First of all,describing the distribution characteristics and revealing the spatial correlation disease types of brucella by exploratory spatial data analysis;Then,accurately detecting brucella high-risk zones of time and space in shanxi Province by space-time scan statistics method;At the same time,applying Arc Gis10.2.2 and other related software to visually display the result above.Results: The distribution of human brucellosis characteristics in Shanxi Province:(1)40 to 65-year-olds had a higher number of reported cases,and men exceeded women in the number of reported cases,most of the patients engaged in farming and animal husbandry work;(2)Concentrated in the northern part of Shanxi Province,roughly,south low north high and west low east high as an arc trend,most of these areas are the elevation of 1500-1800 m,cattle and sheep occupied the development of animal husbandry in these areas;(3)From 2011 to 2015,the reported incidence of brucellosis was generally on the rise,and there were obvious seasonal characteristics,mainly in the March to July month,and the highest in May.The global Moran's I coefficient showed that there were spatial positive correlations in the incidence of disease reported in 119 counties in Shanxi Province from 2011 to 2015,and they were clustered.Local Moran's I coefficient showed that there were 43 counties during the five-year period as "high-high" clusters,and these counties were concentrated in northern Shanxi.Space-time scan results showed that there were nine temporal and spatial clustering areas in Shanxi province,which were most likely cluster and 8 secondary clusters.The cluster center of the first-level space-time gathering area(LLR = 4087.85,RR = 3.98,P <0.001)was Xinrong area,the radius was 158.03 km,and the aggregation time period from 2013/01/01 to 2014/12/31,the total population of 580.47 million,the number of counties under the jurisdiction of 21.The secondary space-time gathering area was mainly:(1)With Yushe County as the center,administer 4 counties,gathered in 2011/01/01~2012/12/31(LLR = 475.71,RR = 3.18,P < 0.001);(2)With Yonghe County as the center,administer 1 county,gathered in 2013/01/01~2014/12/31(LLR=319.34,RR=9.62,P<0.001);(3)With Qinyuan County as the center,administer 2 counties,gathered in 2013/01/01~2014/12/31(LLR = 145.27,RR = 2.90,P <0.001).Conclusions: This study is aimed at the rising trend of the reported incidence of brucellosis in recent years in Shanxi Province.Based on its epidemiological characteristics and related factors,the relation of spatial distribution and spatial and temporal clustering,this paper used remote sensing and geographic information technology,spatial autocorrelation analysis and space-time scan statistics.Can be better:(1)Description of Shanxi Province,the spread of the population distribution,spatial distribution and the characteristics of time distribution;(2)To explore the spatial distribution of epidermis in Shanxi Province and space-time clustering.It is suggested that the prevention and control of brucellosis in Shanxi Province should focus on some counties in the north,and special attention should be paid to the cattle and sheep breeders in spring and summer.
