Natural products are one of the main sources of new drug discovery.The study on the chemical composition of natural products can not only enrich the library of natural product compounds,but also help to discover new medicinal ingredients which provide the basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of natural products.Phellodendron chinense is the dry bark of Phellodendron chinense Schneid,which is belonged to Ruzaeeal family.In recent years,the study show that Phellodendron chinense has a variety of chemical composition and a wide range of pharmacological activities.However,there are still Lack of research on the water-soluble chemical constituents of Phellodendron chinense,it's necessary to study the water-soluble chemical constituents.In this paper,thirty-four compounds were obtained by silica gel colum chromatograph,Sephadex LH-20,MCI,HW-40,C18 and TLC.The structures of these compounds are elucidated on the basis of spectral techniques.They are 3,5-dimethoxycinnamol-4-O-?-D-glucoside(1),coniferin(2),LigusinenosideA(3),Sinapaldehyde-glucoside(4),Coniferyaldehyde-glucoside(5),Quercetin(6),threo-3-methoxy-5-hydroxy-phenylpropanetriol-8-O-?-D-glucopyranoside(7),Clove oil glycerol(8),Triglycerides(9),(3-Hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)propane-1,2,3-triol(10),3-(4-Hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)propane-1,2-diol(11),2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-1-O-?-D-furan peptone(1 ? 6)-?-D-glucopyranoside(12),?-D-glucoGlucopyranoside,4-(2-hydroxyethyl)phenyl6-O-D-apio-?-D-furanosyl(13),(1-hydroxyethyl)-2-hydroxy-6-methoxyphenyl-O-?-D-Glucopyranoside(14),Benzoic acid,4-[(?-D-glucopyranosyloxy)methyl]-methyl ester(15),?-D-Glucopyranoside,2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl(16),kelampayoside A(17),Seguinoside(18),canthoside C(19),3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-?-L-rhamn-ose-(1''?6')-?-D-glucopyranose(20),2-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-?-L-rhamnose-(1''?6')-?-D-glucopyranoside(21),?-D-Glucopyranoside,4-hydroxy-3-MethoxyPhenyl(22),2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy(23),3,4,5-trimethoxy-phenol(24),2-hydroxybenzoic acid-5-O-?-D-glucoside(25),Guanosine(26),guanosine(27),deoxyguanosine(28),4'-Dihydrophaseate Sodium(29),4'-Dihydrophasea-Tesodium-?-D-glucoside(30),Magnoflorine(31),Fuzitine(32),Menisperine(33),Phellodendron chinense Glycosides(34).Among them,compound 34 is new compound.Lilium davidii is a common plant in Lilium and commonly used edible varieties.At present,the study of chemical constituents of Lilium davidii is mainly focused on the isolation and identification of saponins components,and the study of chemical constituents in the water-soluble fraction is rarely reported.Based on it,the experiment studied of the chemical constituents in water fraction from 60% acetone extract of Lilium davidii.Seven compounds was isolated and identified finally.The are 2-((3,4-dihydroxy-2,5-bis(hydro-xymethyl)tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)amino)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)propanoic acid(1),phenylmethyl-O-?-D-Glucopyranoside(2),Phenylmethyl-O-?-D-apiofuranosyl-(1''-6'')-?-D-glucopyranos-ide(3),Phenylmethyl-O-?-D-gluccopyranosyl-(1''-6'')-?-D-glucopyranoside(4),phenylmethyl-O-?-L-rhamnopyranosy l-(1''-6')-?-D-glucopyranoside(5),N-isopropyl-Tryptophan(6),(2,4-dihydroxy-3,3-dimethyl-butyrylamino)-butyric acid(7).
