Objective:In order to slow down the degradation rate of pure magnesium as medical material,the pure magnesium was treated by ultrasonic micro arc oxidation(UMAO)and phytic acid,observing the effect of different concentrations of puerarin solution on the growth of osteoblasts on the surface of pure magnesium,to determine the optimal concentration of suitable osteoblast growth.Methods:The group A was treated with 0mol/L puerarin,the group B was treated with 1×10-8mol/L puerarin,the group C was treated with 1×10-6mol/L puerarin,the group D was treated with 1×10-4mol/L puerarin.The proliferation and adhesion of osteoblasts were detected by CCK-8 method,the growth of osteoblasts was observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy.Results: According to absorbance rate of CCK-8,A,B and C at each time were statistically significant,there was no statistical difference between group A and group D.With the increasing of time,the effect of the same concentration group is more obvious;Laser scanning confocal microscopy showed that the cell morphology and stretch effect of group C were the best.Conclusions: Puerarin can promote osteoblasts growth of pure magnesium micro arc oxidation phytic acid coating,the concentration of 1 × 10-6mol / L puerarin solution was the best.
