study the effects of different doses of Matrine on the growth inhibition and apoptosis of A549 cells.In the study,the results showed that the concentration of 24 h half lethal concentration(IC50)of A549 cells cultured inDMEM was 1.549mg/ml,and the concentration of 48 h was 1.465mg/ml.In cell apoptosis,V-FITC and PI markers based on Annexin dyes,can be observed in flow cytometry,the concentration of 1-3mg/ml,with the increase of concentration,the proportion of apoptotic cells in the early stage will be more,said the inhibitory effect of drugs on A549 usually occurs in the early stage of apoptosis,the possible mechanism is the activation of Ca2+ pathway in the cell membrane to regulate failure,or pathways associated with the activation of Caspase pathway.In this study,first of all,I
