Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of compound Ku Shen injection combined with Oxycodone Hydrochl oride Prolonged-release Tablets in the treatment of the patient with moderate to severe cancer pain. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria in The People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from March 2015 and March 2016 were enrolled in the study, divided into observation group and control group.Observation group(30 cases):treat with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets(dose according to the individual titration)+ compound Kushen injection(20m L/day,intravenous drip).Control group(30 cases): treat with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets(dose according to individual titration).Course of treatment: 10 days.Observation period: one period of treatment.Compare curative effect index of the two groups(primary efficacy index: degree of pain relief, pain relief rate;secondary efficacy index: Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets mean titration dose, Karnofsky Performance Status score)and drug-related adverse reactions. Results: 1.This study completed the investigation on 58 clinical cases(28cases in observation group and 30 cases in control group).Comparison of baseline data of the two groups: sex, age, tumor type, pathological stage, the degree of pain,Numerical Rating Scale score(NRS score)and Karnofsky Performance Status score(KPS score),were not statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Primary efficacy index: degree of pain relief and pain relief rate of observation group were higher than that of control group. But the differences between the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).3.Secondary efficacy index: Oxycontin tablets mean titration dose of observation group was less than the dose of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS score of observation group was higher than the score of control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.adverse reactions: the common opioid analgesics-related adverse reactions occurred in both of the two groups. All of the adverse reactions in the two groups were mild to moderate, and were relieved after symptomatic treatment. The adverse reactions incidence of observation group was lower than the incidence of control group, but the statistical difference between the two groups was not significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions:1.Combined with Oxycontin tablets, compound Ku Shen injection can develop synergistic analgesic effect, reduce Oxycontin tablets mean titration dose.2.Compound Ku Shen injection combined with Oxycontin tablets used in the treatment of cancer pain,do not increase the incidence of drug adverse reactions.
