Objectives:Food intolerance is a delayed hypersensitivity mediated by food-specific IgG antibodies.First, because of the best quality of soybean as a plant protein, the aim of this study was to analyze the level of soybean protein specific IgG(sIgG)antibody in healthy people,to explore its relationship with age and sex,and to analyze specific IgG antibody recognized protein components, this study can help beans tolerate patients with more explicit desensitization therapy to provide strong evidence.Followed by epidemiological survey, analysis of the region's college students in the food intolerance rate.Popularization of the concept of food intolerance, medical students have a certain awareness of food intolerance,so by these medical students for the general epidemiological survey can get more real data than the average population, while guiding the survey population of the eating habits and health management,to prevent the prevention of certain food intolerance related to the occurrence and development of chronic diseases. The survey can make the majority of medical students more understanding of food intolerance, the future of their work in the diagnosis and treatment of the general population of food intolerance-related diseases have some help.Methods:1.Local soybean protein sIgG intolerance investigation and identification of protein components: Extraction of soy protein electrophoresis, analysis of its component integrity.Blood samples were collected from the population and were grouped into youth groups(aged less than or equal to 30 years)according to the age group of the population. The middle age group(between 31 and 49 years old)and the elderly group(age Greater than or equal to fifty years old). The effect of soybean protein specific IgG on the population was analyzed by ELISA.The association of food use in different age groups and different sexes and their distribution was analyzed by the relevant professional statistical program. After the soy proteinextract was transferred to the PVDF membrane, the positive and positive samples of sera(positive)and ELISA were used to carry out enzyme immunoblot analysis, according to the results of the differences in soybean protein intolerance components for analysis.2.Epidemiological investigation of food intolerance among college students in Tianjin: through the relevant literature design food intolerance questionnaire, selected medical background of medical college students, distributed and collected, sorted the questionnaire information, statistical software SPSS 19.0 for statistical analysis.Analyze the major food and the proportion of the intolerance caused by intolerance and the symptoms of the various systems caused by intolerance, and analyze the differences between the regions, sex and ethnicity.Results:1.Local soybean protein sIgG intolerance investigation and identification of protein components:The results showed that the protein composition of soybean protein was confirmed by SDS-PAGE.The positive rate of soybean specific IgG antibody was 55.8% in the healthy population of the local area.,SPSS 19.0 software analysis showed that soybean protein intolerance was related to age and sex,and the total positive rate of antibody was 66.7%(80/120)in female significantly higher than that in male 45.0%(54/120)(X2 = 11.945,P = 0.002).The positive rate of soybean protein specific IgG antibody in different age groups was significantly different(P<0.01),male grouping was positive There was a positive correlation between the rate and the age of the enzyme. The results of enzyme immunoblotting showed that there were nine kinds of intolerant components in soybean protein, and the antigenic components might be heterogeneous.2.Epidemiological survey of food intolerance among college students in Tianjin:The prevalence of this population was 58.6%..Intolerant food to crabs, shrimp, milk, eggs, cod and other animal food mainly, the main symptoms are chronic diarrhea, abdominal pain, indigestion, chronic eczema, dermatitis, urticaria, migraine and so on.Only a small number of food sex, geographical and racial differences were obvious, the other no significant difference..In the main clinicalsymptoms caused by the digestive system(50.79%),followed by the skin system(34.19%),and finally the other system symptoms(27.08%).Conclusions:1.Soybean protein intolerance in this region is widespread in healthy populations and is closely related to the sex and age of the population.Overall analysis showed that the prevalence of women was higher than that of men,but the positive rate of male grouping showed an upward trend with age.The results of enzyme immunoblotting showed that there were nine kinds of intolerant components in soybean protein, and there were heterogeneity in the antigenic components between individuals. There was no significant difference in the antigenic components of soybean sIgG antibody between negative and positive ser.2.From the results of epidemiological survey of college students in Tianjin, the population has a higher incidence of food intolerance.Based on the results of this survey,we can make more reasonable and scientific suggestions on the eating habits of healthy people. It is suggested that people with positive symptoms should further diagnose serological sIgG detection and ultimately guide their diet and health management. For young people, receiving food intolerance testing is more meaningful for their growth and development,as well as for the prevention of chronic and allergic diseases.
