| Object:Beginning in 2015,the Shanxi lottery charity limb rehabilitation training and rescue project for eligible stroke patients provide 10000 yuan per person’s rehabilitation assistance.This study is based on this project,to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation on patients with stroke rehabilitation in Shanxi province rehabilitation research center,through questionnaire investigation and analysis of related factors affecting the rehabilitation effect,provide the basis for the development of stroke rehabilitation program,more scientific and more attention and support for stroke rehabilitation projects,provide reasonable choice of reference and allocation of funding of rehabilitation group.Method:The basic content and way of life,collection of patients with stroke rehabilitation in Shanxi province rehabilitation research center through the questionnaire of the history course,understand the rehabilitation status of patients with the current understanding of the situation and the patients or their families to the recovery,analysis of high risk factors of stroke prevalence,comprehensive analysis of the related factors for the effect of the patients rehabilitation training and.At the same time,this study used the ADL and Fugl-Meyer scoring rules to evaluate the individual rehabilitation training effect through self control,and provided reference for the rational rehabilitation training program and evaluation of rehabilitation effect in patients with stroke.Results:1.86 stroke patients in this study,the youngest 25 years old,67 years;66 males,20 females,accounting for 69.76%,accounting for 23.24%;58 people accounted for 67.44%,cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral infarction in 28 people,accounting for 32.56%;66 people first times the incidence of 10 people,accounting for 76.74%,second times the incidence,accounted for 11.63%,8 people in the third episode,accounted for 9.3%,the incidence of 3 times more than 2 people,accounting for 2.32%;patients with a family history of hypertension of 36 people,accounting for 41.86%;patients with family history of stroke in 15 people,accounting for 17.44%;30 people were at the onset of the surgery,accounting for 34.88%,54 people received medical treatment for 62.29%.2.Stroke patients are mainly motor dysfunction,followed by language disorders,sensory disorders,balance disorders,cognitive impairment,dysphagia and visual impairment.3.ADL evaluation of the effect of 86 patients before and after rehabilitation treatment before and after treatment,evaluate the average score was 51.26±13.52 and 57.62±13.76,there was significant difference before and after treatment.FMA evaluation of the effect of 86 patients before and after rehabilitation treatment before and after treatment,evaluate the average score was 46.17±18.15 and 49.46±18.72,there was significant difference before and after treatment.4.47 patients on the rehabilitation of 44 patients do not understand that effective rehabilitation of 11 patients,60 patients were considered very effective,I hope to be able to recover in a hospital or rehabilitation institutions,access to rehabilitation knowledge mainly from the doctor,his current disease status only to know,greatly affected the life of patients,52 cases patients in the disease cannot continue to work,43 cases of wheelchair.Conclusions:1.Stroke patients after comprehensive rehabilitation training,before and after the treatment according to the results of the assessment of motor function and activities of daily living were improved in different degrees,that comprehensive rehabilitation training on stroke patients to a role play.2.Among the high risk factors of stroke,hypertension,high density lipoprotein and arterial thrombosis of both lower extremities are the main risk factors.3.Stroke patients are mainly motor dysfunction,followed by language,sensation,balance,cognition,swallowing,vision.4.Lack of awareness of rehabilitation in stroke patients,lack of rehabilitation related knowledge. |
