Objective: By reviewing the factors related to the rehabilitation and prognosis of stroke patients, aiming to provide some credible objective indicators for the rehabilitation and prognosis of stroke patients, and then provide the best care and treatment plan for stroke patients. At the same time,it lays a foundation for the rational allocation and effective use of medical resources. Methods:In this study,461 stroke patients who were hospitalized and discharged from the Shengjing Hospital Rehabilitation Center of China Medical University were selected as the research objects. The logistic regression analysis method was used to query the basic information of stroke patients through the electronic medical record system of our hospital.Information, collect patient-related rehabilitation assessment information, and record whether there are related influencing factors. The Modified Barthel Index(MBI)is used as the criterion for evaluating the prognosis of patients. The discharge score is 60 points, and it is divided into: rehabilitation prognosis group with MBI≥60 points and rehabilitation with MBI<60 points Prognosis group. Results: Binary logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the P value of age was 0.024,and the OR value suggested that the probability of a poor prognosis for patients aged 46-65 was 2.72 times that of patients aged 18-45,and patients aged66-85 The probability of a poor prognosis is 2.758 times that of patients in the 18-45 age group;the P value of the lesion site = 0.005,the OR value indicates that the probability of a poor prognosis in patients with multiple lesions that does not include the basal ganglia is that of patients with a single lesion that does not include the basal ganglia 0.495 times, the probability of a poor prognosis in patients with a single lesion including the basal ganglia is 1.224 times that of patients with a single lesion that does not include the basal ganglia. The probability of a poor prognosis in patients with multiple lesions including the basal ganglia is that of patients with a single lesion that does not include the basal ganglia.2.842 times;P value of rehabilitation intervention time = 0.020,OR value indicates that the probability of poor prognosis for patients receiving rehabilitation treatment within 14-30 days of onset is 1.422 times that of patients receiving rehabilitation treatment within 14 days of onset, and more than or equal to 30 days for onset of rehabilitation treatment The probability of poor prognosis of patients is 3.130 times that of patients receiving rehabilitation treatment within 14 days of onset;the P value of the rehabilitation course = 0.000,and the OR value indicates that the probability of poor prognosis for patients with a rehabilitation course of 1-3 months is that the course of rehabilitation treatment is less than 1 month The probability of a poor prognosis for patients whose rehabilitation course is greater than or equal to 3 months is 0.129 times that of patients whose rehabilitation course is less than 1 month;the P value of cognitive impairment = 0.001,and the OR value indicates patients with cognitive impairment The probability of a poor prognosis is2.608 times that of patients without cognitive impairment;the P value of serum albumin = 0.001,and the OR value indicates that the probability of a poor prognosis in patients with abnormal serum albumin is 2.612 times that of patients with normal serum albumin.MBI at admission The P value of the score = 0.000,and the OR value indicates that the probability of a poor prognosis for patients between less than 60 points and greater than or equal to 40 points is 0.08 times that of patients with less than 40 points and greater than or equal to 0 points. The P value corresponding to the above influencing factors is less than 0.05,has statistical significane. Conclusion: Age,diseased location, time of rehabilitation intervention, rehabilitation treatment, cognitive impairment, serum albumin and MBI score at admission may be important factors influencing whether the patient’s rehabilitation prognosis can achieve the ability to take care of activities of daily living, and the patient should deal with these when admission Influencing factors should be paid attention to,and individualized treatments should be provided in order to obtain a better rehabilitation prognosis.
