Clinical Observation Which Treat Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Symptom Using Huoxue Zhitong Decoction

Purpose: The research content of this topic belongs to the clinical research of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Dermatology,the purpose is through the clinical curative effect in Huoxuezhitong Decoction treatment of snake strand sore,further Investigate the treatment mechanism which cure snake strand sore using the traditional Chinese medicineinvigorate Promoting blood circulation,Activating meridians to stop pain.Confirm the efficacy and safety of treatment.The nature is the clinical efficacy studies.Method: Observation of 60 patients with clinical diagnosis of Qi-stagnation and blood stasis diagnostic criteria,using a random number table,randomized,patients were divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group(30 cases),the treatment group received Huoxuezhitong decoction treatment,and the control group was given Xuefuzhuyu capsules treatment.There is 10-day for a course of treatment,were treated with three courses.Results: This subject is verified through clinical observation,the status of treatment group is : 18 cases(60%)were cured,6 cases(20%)were obvious effect,2 cases(6.67%)were effective,4cases(13.33%)was invalid,the total effective rate was 86.67%;The situation of control group is,14 cases(46.67%)were cured,3 cases(10%)were obvious effect,2cases(6.67%)were effective,ineffective in 11 cases(36.67%),the total effective rate was 63.33%.After statistical analysis,P <0.05,according to balance between two groups,fully confirmed the efficacy in Huoxue zhitong Decoction treatment of snake strand sore is much more better than the control group was given Xuefuzhuyu capsules treatment.Conclusion: The clinical observation studies show,the Huoxue zhitong decoction treatment has definite clinical effect in Qi stagnation and blood stasis Symptom,and less adverse reaction,so it deserved the clinical expansion.
