Clinical Observation On The Prevention And Treatment Of Stagnation And Stagnation Of Qi - Deficiency And Blood - Stasis Syndrome After Coronary Heart Disease Intervention

Objective:To observe Xintongshu soup prevention and treatment of the clinical efficacy of percutaneous coronary intervention restenosis after Qi stagnation card. Methods:Hunan Province, from July2012to December2012, traveled TCM attached to a hospital of Cardiology restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention in40patients,20cases in each of the random number table is divided into a treatment group and the control group. The treatment group self the the Chinese medicine Xintongshu soup side combined with western medicine treatment, the control group were treated with anti-platelet aggregation western medicine oral treatment. They were treated for2months, and follow-up of efficacy made a month comparison. Compare the clinical efficacy before and after treatment in Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and primary and secondary disease integral, lipid levels and relapse rate.Results:in improving TCM symptoms, the treatment group the total effective rate of95%and80.0%of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The two groups had significant effect on TCM symptoms improve qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients, and the treatment group, mainly in the treatment of the main symptoms of palpitation. Follow-up results are shown in January after two sets of effective patient treatment group, the recurrence rate was16%and64%in the control group, the treatment group than the control group on the recurrence rate of efficacy. After treatment, blood lipids and blood total cholesterol levels lower than those before treatment and improvement in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Xintongshu soup in the treatment of blood stasis type of coronary heart disease after interventional treatment of restenosis clinical study to achieve better efficacy, can significantly ease the the the patients chest tightness heartache, chest pain, heart palpitations, palpitation and other symptoms, and can reduce the level of blood lipidsincidence of adverse reactions, is to relieve blood stasis type restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention and effective drugs to reduce acute relapse.
