The Research On Spectral Rules Of Acupoints' Optimization And Compatibility To Treat Primary Dysmenorrhea Based On Mining

Purpose:By retrieving the contemporary literature of acupuncture treatment for primary dysmenorrhea,to use the data mining technology of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform(V2.5)(TCMISS)to analyze its acupoints compatibility rule,establish a spectrum optimization acupoints and compatibility of the law,to provide strong theoretical basis.for the modern clinical acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea acupoints in optimization.Method:By retrieving the CNKI database and VIP Chinese Journal Database,Weipu periodical resources service system and Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,since 1949.Using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 software standardization,through(TCMISS)to establish database,system software analysis of periodical literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrhea optimization and acupoints compatibility rule.Result:This research shows that,after the 561 acupuncture prescription were analyzed.Results: Shared main point,a total of 90,the total frequency of 2847 times,an average of 31.63 times.Including frequency analysis results: acupoints in using frequency greater than the average frequency of 31.63 times of six,from the high prioritize three vaginal intercourse,guan yuan,gas of the sea,liao,and foot three mile;Acupoints to the analysis results: involved in addition to the small intestine by other than the 13 meridians,87 acupuncture points,accounted for 96.67% of the total frequency acupoints;Appear acupoints in 2731 times,total 95.93% of the total frequency of acupoints,used on foot lunar spleen,ren meridian acupoints,foot bladder by the sun and the meridian of yangming foot;Parts acupoints attributes analysis results: acupuncture points using the number from high to low in turn for lower limb,chest side ribs,lower back,arms,head and neck;Specific acupoints in the hole and gas analysis results: of the 90 acupuncture points,68 specific point,a total frequency is 2171 times;22 a specific point,a total frequency of 676 times,the number of acupoints most were five acupoints and intersection point,frequency is one of the most acupoints rendezvous point and raise hole;Acupoints compatibility association rules analysis results: the frequency of high top five groups of acupoints compatibility is guan yuan,three vaginal intercourse;The sea air,three vaginal intercourse;St 36,three vaginal intercourse;Three vaginal intercourse,machine;In polar and three vaginal intercourse.Conclusion:The periodical class acupoint acupuncture treatment for primary dysmenorrhea of optimizing law mainly include: to choose by the acupuncture point,according to the site to choose acupuncture point,specific point acupuncture point is given priority to.Acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea acupoints compatibility law mainly include: office far compatibility method,distal compatibility,partial match point,inside the match point,this after the match point,raise with acupuncture point method,offering qie match point method.
