Objective1.To investigate the remission of the clinical symptoms of patients with acute pancreatitis treated by peppermint oil hot compress,so as to provide more clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis.2.To investigate the effect of peppermint oil hot compress on the serum indexes of patients with acute pancreatitis,so as to further explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods1.Using randomized and controlled study method, from April 2014 to October 2016 in Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine inpatient patients as the research object, collect the diagnostic criteria of 60 patients with acute pancreatitis and the inclusion criteria and signed informed consent of the patients included in the study book.60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30),with a total of two cases.2.In the treatment group based on routine treatment of Western medicine combined with peppermint oil wet compress, control group received routine treatment, routine treatment including fasting, acid suppression, inhibition of pancreatic secretion, spasm pain, improve circulation and rehydration therapy. The curative effect evaluation of the scale and standard of scale changes of the two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment, clinical evaluation,to investigate the effect of peppermint oil wet compress on acute pancreatitis and abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, exhaust defecation.3.Detection of the two groups before and one week after treatment of serum amylase, lipase, amylase, urine WBC index, observe the change of indexes before and after treatment,to investigate the effect of peppermint oil wet compress for patients with acute pancreatitis in serum and urine index.4.Shapiro-Wilk normality test 4 measurement data using Levene test, test of homogeneity of variance test, measurement data using t Fu Hezheng state and the homogeneity of variance test, the mean ± standard deviation((?)±s);measurement data and measurement data of the non normal variance not neat, using non parametric test to (?) (P25,P50,P75);count data by nonparametric test.Test level is 0.05,with P?0.05,there was statistically significant difference.ResultsAfter 7 days of treatment, the patients in the treatment group were abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, exhaust defecation relief was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);treatment group, serum amylase, serum lipase, urine amylase and white blood cell index were better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1.There was no significant difference in gender, age, time of onset and cause of disease.2.Two groups of patients before treatment of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, exhaust defecation differences were not statistically significant, comparable;serum amylase, serum lipase and urine amylase and white blood cell counts showed no significant difference, comparable;after treatment, the patients in the treatment group were abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, exhaust defecation relief was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the total number of treatment group, serum amylase, urine amylase and serum lipase and leukocyte index decline were better than the control group(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.
