Investigation And Research On The Occupational-disease-inductive Factors And The Status Of Protection Of Large And Medium-sized Coal Mines In Wuchang Area

Objective:To explore the effective ways to strengthen the occupational health management,occupational health hazard control and occupational health protection of large and medium-sized coal mining industry in Wuchang area.Methods:The field survey and field test of large and medium-sized coal mine in Wuchang area were carried out using the national standard,and the mine workers were inspected for occupational health,comprehensive analysis and evaluation.Results:(1)field investigation results:smoke coal mine in urumqi,changji area and area of occupational health management of coincidence rate difference is not significant,large mines coincidence rate of occupational health management work(80.4%)than medium-sized coal mine(62.5%,?~2=6.008,P<0.05);(2)the field test results of occupational hazard:the coal mine dust concentration different production unit test results coincidence rate differences statistically significant(?~2=6.704,P<0.05),the coal mining production unit coincidence rate(53.66%),the highest excavating production unit lowest coincidence rate(22.22%).Coal mine in different production unit noise detection results coincidence rate differences statistically significant(?~2=7.597,P<0.05),the coal mining production unit coincidence rate is highest(54.29%),auxiliary production unit lowest coincidence rate(25.86%).Changji area coal and occupational-disease-inductive factors of coal mine in urumqi region(dust,noise)test results coincidence rate difference is not significant,large mines detection results coincidence rate(50.83%)than medium-sized coal mine detection results coincidence rate(30.36%,?~2=6.487,P<0.05);(3)the occupational health examination results:among various coal enterprises coal miners occupational health examination abnormal rate difference was statistically significant(?~2=12.40,P<0.05),C miners occupational health examination results the abnormal rate of the lowest(0%),occupational health examination results the abnormal rate highest F miners(4.9%).Among various coal mine workers'occupational health examination of coal mining enterprises shall check project abnormal rate difference was statistically significant,DR chest X-ray examination project(?~2=14.81,P<0.05):F miners are abnormal rate is the highest(10.49%),C miners abnormal rate lowest(1.8%);The ecg examination project(?~2=86.644,P<0.05):B miners had the highest abnormal rate(41.11%),and the lowest rate(19.38%)for E miners.Lung function examination project(?~2=71.23,P<0.05):E miners had the highest abnormal rate(41.65%),and C miners had the lowest abnormal rate(18.92%).The medical examination rate of occupational health of coal mine enterprises in urumqi(95.60%)was higher than that in changji area(77.30%,?~2=208.31,P<0.05),and the abnormal rate of the inspection project was lower than that of changji(22.01%).Conclusion:Urumqi-changji region of large and medium-sized coal enterprises occupational-disease-prevention status quo from the occupational disease prevention and control planning in xinjiang(2017-2020),there is still a gap between the overall goals,coal mining enterprises must further implement the main body responsibility,by referencing the new technology,new technology and new equipment to improve the underground work environment,with personal protective equipment,on a regular basis to carry out the occupational health,in order to control and prevention,the occupational disease hazards;Workers need to constantly improve the individual protective consciousness,consciouslywearingppe,conscientiouslystudy occupational-disease-prevention knowledge,make the coal mine enterprise and worker individual,coordination,the formation of occupational disease prevention and control work together,to promote the sustainable and healthy economic and social development,to promote the health of China construction important basis.
