Comparative Study Of Stent Implantation Of Iliac Vein Stenosis On Deep Venous Valve Function Of Lower Extremities After Deep Venous Thrombosis With Cather-directed Thrombolysis

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of iliac vein stent implantation in patients with iliac vein stenosis after deep venous thrombosis with cather-directed thrombolysis.METHODS This study was a single prospective study.A total of 73 patients with deep venous thrombosis meet two conditions: 1.The dissolution rate of iliac and femoral popliteal vein thrombosis after cather-directed thrombolysis was greater than 85%.2.the narrowness rate of iliac vein found more than 50%.In the 73 patients,the iliac vein stent was placed in the experimental group and the iliac vein was not placed in the control group.Follow-up time: 6 months to 24 months,the average follow-up time of 12 months.Observe indicatior:Deep venous valve reflux degree,changes in venous clinical severity score(VCSS),quality of life questionnaire(CIVIQ)and clinical scoring of CEAP classification.Results 73 patients were followed up.Follow-up time of 6 to 24 months.The scores of deep venous valve regurgitation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01)The The scores of CIVIQ in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.01).Conclusion The iliac vein stent implantation in the iliac vein stenosis of the lower limb deep venous thrombosis with treatment of cather-directed thrombolysis is helpful to protect the function of deep venous valve,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
