Public hospital medical service is a complex system,only the establishment of an efficient incentive and restraint system,can effectively guarantee the quality of medical services,safeguard the rights and interests of patients,to improve the efficiency of medical services in public hospitals and maintain fairness to patients.The quality of services in the light of economic benefits that many public hospitals for medical service quality is getting more and more low,management efficiency is not high,resulting in the emergence of many such as poor service attitude,respect for the rights of patients,patients with damage to economic interests and even life and health rights of medical service quality problems.There is no doubt that to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital is to improve medical service quality,all kinds of medical personnel becomes a key factor to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital,how to improve the incentive mechanism of the medical staff,improve their work enthusiasm,stimulate their work enthusiasm,to provide better medical services,as in hospital management an important issue at this stage.Only to establish and perfect the incentive mechanism,the correct application of incentive means to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the medical staff,and continuously improve the quality of medical service,this paper studies the medical staff motivation and medical service quality internal relations,in order to put forward to improve the relationship between the medical public hospital medical personnel incentive mechanism.On the basis of mature scale were measured respectively for verification based on excitation force enhance the relationship between medical service quality of the medical staff on the basis of the existing literatures,the construction of medical staff incentive force and enhance the quality of medical services and the theory of conceptual model,and made the relevant research hypotheses.Using questionnaires and in-depth interviews,a total of 244 valid questionnaires were collected,covering four public hospitals throughout Guangzhou.Descriptive analysis and structural equation analysis were used to investigate the data.The study found that the quality of medical services to enhance the affected by the excitation on the medical staff,the dimensions of which the driving force has positive influence on the quality of medical service,the maximum salary incentive effect.Motivation can stimulate the staff's correct motivation and enhance the consciousness of serving the people wholeheartedly.Therefore,through establishing the excitation mechanism,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the medical staff,continuously improve the quality of medical services,the benign track occupation moral construction of the hospital embarked on a healthy development.The research on motivation of medical staff quantity is still at a preliminary stage,in many aspects need to be improved and perfected in the future,still need from two aspects of incentive and constraint together,more widely and more deeply research on the relationship between medical staff and medical service quality.
