| Objective:In this study,the efficacy and safety of retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure(wet turbidity syndrome)with enema prescription were observed,so as to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of enema and provide treatment basis for improving the quality of life of patients.Methods:Through the observation of 60 patients with chronic renal failure(wet turbidity syndrome)in our hospital(affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine)who meet the standards of traditional Chinese medicine and are affiliated to the stage 3-4 of chronic kidney disease(CKD)in the standard of western medicine,the patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random and control methods.Basic treatment was given to both groups,and enema prescription was added to the treatment group for retention enema.The whole treatment process lasted for 4 weeks.During the clinical treatment process,detailed records were made and the observation indexes were checked to analyze the TCM syndrome points,urea nitrogen,blood creatinine and other aspects before and after the treatment of the two groups,and the efficacy and safety were evaluated.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:After statistical software analysis,the following conclusions were drawn :(1)there was no significant difference in gender,age and admission between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)intra-group and inter-group data analysis was performed according to the values of serum creatinine(SCr),BUN,and glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)recorded before and after treatment,showing P < 0.05,with statistical significance,proving that the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing Sc and BUNr levels and increasing eGFR levels.(3)the total effective rate of the disease was 73.33% in the control group and 80.00% in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant after intra-group and inter-group comparison(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was clearly superior to that ofthe control group.In terms of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 66.67% and 86.67% respectively.Conclusion: It is safe and reliable to treat chronic renal failure(wet turbidity syndrome)with enema prescription.And the combined application effect is better than the simple basic treatment. |
