| Objective: to observe Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill on chloroform,aconitine,adrenaline and acetylcholine-the influence of experimental arrhythmia caused by calcium chloride,explore its role on the anti-arrhythmic and mechanism.Methods:1 Copying the chloroform induced ventricular fibrillation in mice,aconitine induced rat ventricular premature beat,adrenaline induced arrhythmia and acetylcholine-calcium chloride mixture on rabbit atrial fibrillation,a total of four kinds of experimental induced arrhythmia model.2 The experimental animals are used to set up the model groups at random(such as volume of physiological saline),propranolol group,Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill for high,medium and low dose group,each group was given drug dose lavage,corresponding model group was given volume of physiological saline,1 times a day,7 days in a row.3 With BL-420 F biological function experimental system for ecg monitoring all the experimental animals(in addition to ventricular fibrillation in mice for macroscopic observation);Looking Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill incidence of ventricular fibrillation in mice,rats premature ventricular incubation period,duration,rabbit latency,duration of arrhythmia,atrial fibrillation in the rat’s general status and the influence of the duration.Results:1 Chloroform induced ventricular fibrillation in mice experiment,compared with model group incidence of ventricular fibrillation(85%),the drug groups the incidence of ventricular fibrillation were significantly lower(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).2 Aconitine induced rat ventricular early experiments,and the model group rats premature ventricular incubation period(3.09±1.70)min and duration(73.35±7.60)min,propranolol group and Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill high,middle dose group can obviously prolong rats premature ventricular incubation period,significantly shorten the duration of the room early,with statistical significance(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05),Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill low dose group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).3 Adrenaline induced rabbit arrhythmia experiment,compared with model group,the drug groups could significantly extend the time of arrhythmia lurking on rabbit,shorten its duration,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05 or P <0.05),resistant fiber is compared between Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill groups have significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01).4 Acetylcholine-calcium chloride mixture induced rat experiment,compared with model group,the drug groups can significantly shorten the duration of atrial fibrillation in rats(P < 0.01);Compared with propranolol group,high Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill dosage duration less than propranolol group,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill in duration,low dose group were longer,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion:1 The Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill on chloroform induced ventricular fibrillation in mice,with prevention and protection.2 The Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill of aconitine induced rat ventricular premature beat,can obviously prolong the incubation period,significantly shorten the duration,has a certain role of antagonism,and has a dose dependent.3 The Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill can adersely affect adrenaline arrhythmia caused by the rabbit,in incubation period arrhythmia and duration,and show good therapeutic effect,and there are dose dependent.4 The Kangxian Yixin concentrated pill can significantly shorten the duration of atrial fibrillation in rats,with antagonism to sustain rat paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.May adjust the atrial muscle cholinergic M2 receptors,inhibition of K + outflows,while reducing atrial muscle intracellular calcium overload. |
