Clinical Effect Research Of Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi For Promoting Bile Flow Method Combined With Surgery Operation To Cure Post Cholecystectomy Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow method combined with surgery operation to cure post cholecystectomy syndrome.Methods:Based on the setted inclusion criteria,60 patients with cholecystectomy syndrome were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,there are 30 patients in each group.Each group of patients fill out the symptom score score quantification table before the treatment.The control group were given conventional western medicine treatment after operation.Review after 4 weeks symptomatic treatment or when the symptoms disappear,and fill out the symptom score.While the observation group were given dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow Chinese medicine.Review after 4 weeks symptomatic treatment or when the symptoms disappear,and fill out the symptom score.The statistical method was used for the data obtained in the tests,and SPSS20.0 statistical software were used for data processing.Observation Chinese medicine in the treatment of post cholecystectomy syndrome after clinical improvement.Results:(1)The comparison of the two groups of patients' general information: adapting chi-square test and t-test analyzed the two groups of patients' gender,age,co-morbidity or history of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The results showed no significant difference between the two groups and were comparable(p>0.05).(2)The comparison of the total score of the control group before treatment and after treatment showed significant differences(P<0.05).The score after the treatment decreased,indicating that the control group of patients` with symptomatic treatment of Western medicine symptoms were significantly reduced.The symptom scores were compared separately,the results showed that Western medicine symptomatic treatment is effective of right upper quadrant pain discomfort,nausea and anorexia and abdominal distension,but invalid to and intestine and diarrhea symptoms.The comparison of the total score of the observation group before treatment and after treatment showed significant differences(P<0.05).The score after the treatment decreased,indicating that the observation group of patients` with dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow method symptoms were significantly reduced.Comparison of five symptom scores and total scores after the two groups treatment showed that the dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow method is significantly better than symptomatic treatment of Western medicine.(3)The comparison of total effective rate and markedly effective rate between control group and observation group showed significant differences(P<0.05).And the total effective rate of the observation group is significantly better than the control group.Thus,the overall efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group.(4)There is no significant difference between the two groups in CCK before the treatment.The comparison of the CCK of the control group before treatment and after treatment showed significant differences(P<0.05).The CCK after the treatment decreased.The comparison of the CCK of the observation group before treatment and after treatment showed significant differences(P<0.05).The CCK value after the treatment decreased.The comparison of the CCK between the two groups before and after the treatment showed significant differences(P<0.05),the decrease of CCK after Chinese medicine treatment was more obvious than that of western medicine.(5)There is no significant difference between the two groups in MTL before the treatment.The comparison of the MTL of the control group before treatment and after treatment showed no significant differences(P>0.05).The MTL before and after the treatment do not change.The comparison of the MTL of the observation group before treatment and after treatment showed significant differences(P<0.05).The MTL value after the treatment decreased.The comparison of the MTL between the two groups before and after the treatment showed significant differences(P<0.05),the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.Indicating that Western medicine treatment can not change the level of MTL in patients with PCS,while the Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the level of PCS patients MTL.The dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow method can decrease the level of MTL of patients with PCS obviously.(6)The comparison of the recurrence rate between the control group and the observation showed significant(P< 0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.(7)There were no adverse reactions after treatment in both groups.The dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow method is safe and reliable.Conclusion:The dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow method can effectively treat cholecystectomy syndrome.Its curative effect is durable,the recurrence rate is low,the medication is safe and reliable,and is worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.At the same time,it provides a new way for the further study of Chinese medicine to prevent and cure PCS.
