The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B With Chronic Cholecystitis By Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi For Promoting Bile Flow And Promoting Blood Circulation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow and promoting blood circulation for chronic hepatitis B with chronic cholecystitis,which provides a reference for clinical research and treatment.Method:Selected 60 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis from the Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital infectious disease clinic diagnosed as chronic hepatitis B virus hepatitis with chronic cholecystitis.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group.30 cases in the treatment group were treated by dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow and promoting blood circulation.The control group were treated with Anethol Trithione Capsules(1 capsule,tid).The clinical symptoms,laboratory findings and ultrasonic imaging of the two groups were observed after the treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks with 4 weeks for a period of treatment.Then used the statistical software to compare the results..Results:(1)Syndromes comparison:After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the total scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment.The same to the after 8 weeks of treatment compared with 4 weeks.Not only that，the single symptoms such as right hypochondriac pain,bitter taste and dry throat were significantly improved(P<0.05);Between the two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the total score of symptoms after 8 weeks treatment(P<0.05).Besides,the treatment group in improving the right hypochondriac pain,bitter taste and dry throat，chest deep sigh,the right hypochondriac pain aggravated at night was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Laboratory comparison:In group comparison,after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment of treatment，the AKP and GGT of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,compared with 4 weeks after treatment,the AKP and GGT of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of AKP and GGT in the treatment group was not better than that after 8 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of therapeutic effects of B ultrasound:After 8 weeks of treatment,compared with 4 weeks after treatment,The gallbladder wall thickening and bile acoustic were improved obviously in the treatment group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group of gallbladder wall rough and bile acoustic difference were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow and promoting blood circulation for chronic hepatitis B virus with chronic cholecystitis could improve the clinical symptoms,liver function and B ultrasonic examination results of the patients.In particular,the increase in right hypochondriac pain,bitter taste and dry throat,chest deep sigh,right hypochondriac pain aggravated at night,gallbladder wall rough,bile acoustic have advantages.If extended use time,it can strengthen treatment effect.However,further studies was needed to evaluate the long-term efficacy of the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with cholecystitis and whether the underlying improvement was effective.
