The Clinical Study Of Treating Gastroesphageal Reflux Disease(The Type Of Incoordination Between The Liver And The Spleen) With Jia Wei Xiaqi Decoction

Objective:The study was designed to observate and evaluate the clinical effects and securityof Jia Wei Xiaqi Decoction in treating Gastroesphageal Reflux Disease(The Type of incoordination between the liver and the spleen)In terms of TCM syndrome ?the long-term curative effect ?the performance in gastroscopy,etc.In order to guide the treatment of Gastroesphageal Reflux Disease and provide a systematic theoretical basis in developing of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine.Method: The patients who were selected by the standard set and the Exclusion criteria would as the subjects.According to the estimate of sample size with the proportion of 10%dropout,Proposed the sample of 66 cases and collected 66 patients to participate in the test.64 cases patients with Gastroesphageal Reflux Disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(n = 33),The treatment group were received 4 weeks treatment of Jia Wei Xiaqi Decoction alone,and the control group were received 4 weeks Mosapride Citrate Tablets(Fast force)combined with Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules.,and reviewed when 1 month after the formal treatment ends.Observated the clinical effects and securityof Jia Wei Xiaqi Decoction In terms of TCM syndrome ?the long-term curative effect and the performance in gastroscopy,then evaluated The total effective rate and adverse events and statistic recurrence rate of patients.Rusults:(1)After one course of treatment,The treatment group have an advantage over the control group in terms of improving TCM syndrome integral(P < 0.05);(2)The treatment group have an advantage over the control group in terms of improving acid reflux and heartburn that the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)and have no statistically significant in improve other symptoms(P>0.05);(3)After one course of treatment,The overall effect in the treatment group and the control group both had improved(P < 0.05)and the treatment group have an advantage that the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)The long-term curative effect:The number of cases of recurrence in the treatment group is 6 cases and 15 cases in the control group.The recurrence rate were respectively 18.75% and 46.8%,So can come a conclusion that the treatment group is better than the control group;(5)Security:The treatment group and control group had no abnormal changes occurred during the study.Conclusion:Jia Wei Xiaqi Decoction in treating Gastroesphageal Reflux Disease(The Type of incoordination between the liver and the spleen)is accurate.It can improve the syndromes of gastroesophageal reflux disease significantly,comprehensively and improve the patients quality of life to a greater degree then reduce the recurrence rate.On the whole,Jia Wei Xiaqi Decoction is an effective prescription in treating Gastroesphageal Reflux Disease because of short treatment period,economical,practical and high safety.
