ObjectivesTo observe Shu Gan He Wei Decoction treating liver stomach discord type withgastroesophageal reflux disease clinical curative effect, and gastroesophageal refluxdisease name, etiology and pathogenesis of TCM, and the mechanism of action of ShuGan He Wei Decoction.MethodsDevelop liver stomach discord type with gastroesophageal reflux disease oftraditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis standard, strict screening cases,speaking in70patients with completely conform to the standard, were randomlydivided into trial group and control group,35cases each. Group to give Shu Gan HeWei Decoction, cold water soaking decoct twice after2hours, have soup300ml,drinking warm,drink half of it in the morning and the other half in the evening, onedose; The control group given omeprazole enteric-coated tablets,20mg every time,BID, PO. Domperidone10mg every time,15minutes before the meal.
