The Clinical Study Of Treating Functional Dyspepsia (The Type Of Incoordination Between The Liver And The Spleen) With Jia Wei Xiaqi Decoction

Objective:This research aims to explore the modified Qi Decoction on Functional Dyspepsia(the type of incoordination between the liver and the spleen)comprehensive curative effect,patients with TCM syndrome and Nipin Dyspepsia Index Scale(NDI-SF)score of the clinical efficacy and safety for the treatment of functional dyspepsia and ancient mining,provide a theoretical basis for the scientific development of traditional Chinese medicine new drug.Methods:64 cases of functional dyspepsia(liver and stomach incompatibility)were collected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The test group was treated with modified gas decoction treatment,the control group oral treatment(Mosapride Citrate Tablets fast force).4 weeks is a course of treatment.After the treatment,the symptoms,the overall efficiency,the quality of life,and the safety of the two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Rusults:(1)after the end of treatment,the improvement of TCM clinical symptom score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group and abdominal distention,good heave a deep sigh symptoms improved more significantly(P<0.05),in the above improvement in other symptoms has no significant difference(P> 0.05);(2)after 1 course of treatment,the statistical analysis after that the test group was 93.33%,63.33% in the control group,the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05);(3)two groups of patients with NDI-SF score compared with that after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the test group score issignificantly lower than the control group.(4)safety: the test group and the control group were safe during the experimental study,and there were no adverse events and other abnormality.Conclusion:Jia Wei Xiaqi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(the type of incoordination between the liver and the spleen)clinical curative effect is better than Mosapride Citrate Tablets,TCM syndromes and symptoms can be improved in an all-round way,the quality of life of the patients was significantly improved,is worthy of clinical research.
