Purpose: by means of HPLC method to establish a quality standard of head cogage true spirit granules,provides a deeper clinical widely used medicine theory basis;Study head cogage true spirit caused by particles of nitroglycerin migraine rats experiment process,through methods such as enzyme-linked immune detection the formula of migraine model rats blood and brain stem vascular active substances and the variation in content of neurotransmitter levels;On the basis of further to determine the therapeutic effect of head cogage true spirit particles,provide a kind of effective method for migraine,widely used for clinical provide reliable scientific basis.Methods: 1.The application method of high performance liquid adversary cogage true spirit particle detecting quality standards,do preparation for the experiment;2.With nitroglycerin migraine rats caused by experiments to observe analgesic sedation head cogage true spirit particles.Results: the head cogage true spirit can obviously improve the symptoms of migraine animal model of behavioral science,decrease the number of positive reaction for animals,and the effect is better than that of the west than in spirit.Inhibitory neurotransmitter levels content at the same time,have certain analgesia sedation.Conclusion: through the study of this experiment,by improving neurotransmitter levels disorders,weakened the neurogenic inflammation,proved that the head cogage true spirit particles is not only on the central nervous analgesia,sedation,for head cogage true spirit of particles in the treatment of migraine treatment to provide a strong theoretical and experimental basis.
