The Randomized Controlled Clinical Valuation Of Treating Acute Cerebral Apoplexy (Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis) With Yiqitongluo Reeipe

Purpose: To conduct a randomized controlled clinical evaluation on the effectiveness and safety of this treatment(particles/medicine)for acute cerebral apoplexy cerebral arteries and vein(qi deficiency blood stasis),and to observe the improvement from this treatment over acute cerebral apoplexy and its syndromes.Therefore,to lay the foundation for further clinical promotion for this medicine treatment.Methods: Divide the patients who has(qi deficiency blood stasis type)acute cerebral apoplexy(72 cases)into two groups.According to the random indicator method,the 72 patients are divided into a treatment group(36 cases)and a control group(36 cases).By comparing the before and after the treatment and by observing the modified Rankin scale,the Barthel index,the United States national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,the qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome scale,to evaluate the effectiveness of treating acute cerebral apoplexy(qi deficiency blood stasis)with yiqitongluo reeipe;By comparing the before and after the treatment and by observing the blood and urine routine,electrocardiogram(ECG),liver(ALT,AST,TBIL,r-GT,ALP),kidney(BUN,Cr),blood coagulation four(PT,APTT,FIB,TT),and any adverse event,to make further evaluation for the safety of this medicine treatment.Results: The 72 patients who complied with acute cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups,a treatment group was given the real treatment and a controlled group were given placebos but both groups was given basic treatment of western medicine.By comparing the NIHSS scale,the modified Rankin scale,the Barthel index,the qi deficiency syndrome scale,the blood stasis syndrome from the before and after treatment,to conduct a statistical analysis.The result is as follows: the comparison of the statistics in the United States national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),the modified Rankin scale,Barthel index,qi deficiency syndrome scale,blood stasis syndrome scale,the controlled group showing some improvements from only in taking basic treatment of western medicine,but the treatment group showing significant differences from before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The comparison between the treatment group and controlled group after treatment suggesting that both groups have a significant difference after treatment(P < 0.05).All the patients during the period of clinical observation does not appear to have adverse reactions or adverse events.Conclusion: Yiqitongluo reeipe can significantly improve over acute cerebral apoplexy patients(qi deficiency,blood stasis syndrome)with clinical symptoms and syndromes and no obvious side effects and adverse reactions.
