Objective:To observe the effect of limb motor function rehabilitation with the treatment of Mountain buring manipulation on apoplexy hemiplegia patients of deficiency of Qi and blood stasis type.Methods:90patients with apoplectic hemiplegia met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into A,B,C group, each group have30patients. One treated by acupuncturing with mountain burning manipulation method, one treted by acupuncturing with lifting-thrusting reinforcing method, and the other one treated by acupuncturing without needling manipulation. Neural function defect was assessed with <The standard of clinic neural function defect of apoplexy>,motor ability was assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA), Activities of daily living (ADL) was assessed with Modified Barthel Index (MBI) Before treatment and after2courses of treatment, and then analysis the statistical.Results:1After treatment, the clinical symptom score in TCM three group patients showed decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); A group decreased more than B group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), A group than in C group decreased more, there were significant differences (P<0.01); B group than in C group drop more, there were significant differences (P<0.01).2After treatment, CSS scores were three groups were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); and group A were lower than B group and C group, there were significant differences (P<0.01); B group and C group decreased significantly and are not the same, B group than in C group, there is significant statistically significant differences (P<0.01).3After treatment, FMA scores were three groups of patients increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); and group A than in group B increased more, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), A group than in C group increased more, there were significant differences (P<0.01); B group and C group increased amplitude is not the same, B group than in C group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4After treatment, MBI scores were three groups of patients increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); and group A than in group B increased more, the difference was statistically significant (P<<0.05), A group than in C group increased more, there were significant differences (P<0.01); B group and C group increased amplitude is not the same, B group than in C group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:There is positive significance of heat-producing needling manipulation on acupuncture treatment of hemiplegia due to Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke rehabilitation, and improvement of ADL and motor function of the limbs on TCM symptoms and neurological function in improving the curative effect is better than that of single extraction, interpolation, worthy of further study.
