The Clinical Research Of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo Therapy In The Treatment Of Ischemic Apoplexy With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo therapy in the treatment of ischemic stroke syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, and to explore the mechanism of its action.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, a total of 50 patients were randomly assigned into control group and treatment group,each for 25 cases. Both groups were given the conventional treatment of anti platelet aggregation, lipid lowering stable plaque, nutritional nerve and so on., while the treatment group was additionaly combined application of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo(Buyang Huanwu Decoction) modified treatment. Both groups were given 1 month for a course of treatment, for a period of 2 months. Main outcome measures were TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score, and the results were statistically analyzed. Blood stool routine, liver and kidney function was monitored during the study,to evaluate the drug safety.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 72%(p<0.05);Both groups’ TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score was significantly reduced (p<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05);The blood stool routine, liver and kidney function checks in two groups before and after treatment showed no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo therapy can improve the patient’s symptoms of TCM;2. Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo therapy can improve the patient’s neurological function;3. Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo therapy has the function of reducing blood viscosity, improving cerebral blood flow dynamics, regulating the metabolism of brain tissue, accelerating the removal of oxygen free radicals and promoting nerve repair;4. Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo therapy has a reliable drug safety.
