With the development of technology,hematology analyzer tends to be automatic,intelligent,parameter diverse,serializing.Hence,the human-computer interaction management software is becoming increasingly important.In order to enhance the user experience.The optimization of management system on embedded system and enhancement of human-computer interaction are realized based on the control system of hematology analyzer.And a new management software on PC/Windows system is developed to meet the demand of expanding.A comprehensive upgrade of the original system is achieved.The hematology analyzer system adopts master-slave architecture of the management machine and the control machine.The two parts coordinate with each other to realize the counting and classification of the cells.Control machine,which using DSP controller,completes the tasks of electromechanical timing control,signal acquisition and data processing.There are two versions of management machine.One is on embedded system,the other one is on PC/Windows system.The management system on embedded system achieves human-computer interaction,clinical data management,communication and other functions through ARM controller with Linux operating system.The extended management machine on PC/Windows achieves operational management functions through PC hardware resources.Firstly,the development progress and key technologies of automatic five-class hematology analyzer are presented in this dissertation.The overall design is proposed after analyzing the requirements of the system.Secondly,the optimization scheme of the management system on embedded system is discussed in detail.The new function of basic instrument,touch operation and intelligent identification of parameter type,are provided to improve operation experience.Then,the design and implementation of the management software on PC/Windows system is put forward.The basic test flow,quality management and human-computer interaction are accomplished.Besides,new system's management mechanism of tasks and interface are discussed.And the design of database,data management and communication interface are described in detail.At last,the expansibility of system architecture is discussed based on the CRP test items,communication interface,report and display.The results of integrated experiments show that the management system for automatic hematology analyzer,which is based on PC/Windows,has friendly human-computer interface,is full-featured and very good to achieve the management functions.Thus,based on the embedded platform our secondary development of the blood analyzer system greatly improves the operational experience of original operation system.
