Diffuse reflection spectroscopy technique is of great significance to the rapid and non-invasive detection of biological tissues.Recently diffuse reflectance at short source-detector separation has attracted great attention. At a short source-detector separation, light experienced less scattering so scattered light carry the information of tissue microstructure. In the transport theory, scattering phase function represents the scattering properties of the single particle,so that SPF-dependent parameter is related to the information of tissue microstructure, and is the representation of optical information of tissue microstructure. In this paper,a semi-empirical model for small detector aperture is developed, and the effects of SPF-dependent parameter ? and ?on the model are analyzed. The main research contents and innovation work includes:1.Based on photon migration theory,a semi-empirical analytical model that is suitable for small probe aperture is deduced, and the functions relationship among the reflection and ?,?,? are obtained by using MC simulation method.2.The effects of SPF-dependent parameter ?,? on the model have studied. The results show that the diffuse reflection near the micro-region close to the source is sensitive to SPF,the sensitivity increase along with the decrease of diameter ?;the diffuse reflectance increase along with increase of ?,and decrease along with increase of ?;in a medium with a large g,the joint effects of ? and ? on diffuse reflectance should be considered.3.The experimental results of Intralipid as tissue phantom and model calculation results are compared, verifying the validity of the model, and discussing the feasibility of using multiple aperture measuring technique in the practical4.Based on Mie theory, fitting the relationship between incident source light wavelength and diffuse reflectance by using MC simulation results, analyzing the function between optical parameter and source light wavelength, and discussing the feasibility of using multiple wavelength measuring technique in the practical.
