| Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of mir-144 and the level of cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Xinjiang Uygur activity.Methods:20 cases of Uygur active tuberculosis patients and 20 cases of Uygur healthy subjects were selected as the research object. The venous blood was collected and the total RNA was extracted from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells of the two groups.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to compare the Peripheral blood mir-144 expression levels. The levels of IL-6 in the plasma of the two groups were measured by ELISA.Further correlation analysis was performed to assess the correlation between the expression level of peripheral blood mir-144 and IL-6.Results:The expression level of mir-144 in peripheral blood of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Xinjiang Uygur activity was higher than that in healthy control group(P>0.05).The level of IL-6 in peripheral blood of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Xinjiang Uygur activity was higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.05).The expression level of mir-144 in the peripheral blood of active pulmonary tuberculosis was negatively correlated with the level of IL-6 in plasma, and the correlation coefficient was-0.905.Conclusions:The peripheral blood mir-144 in Uygur patients may be related to the level of IL-6 expression in peripheral blood after Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. |
