Clinical Study On Huatan Dingxuan Decoction In The Treatment Patient Of PCIV (Tanzhuo Zhongzu) And The Evaluation Of The Quality Of Life

Purpose: By observing the clinical study on huatan dingxuan decoction in the treatment patient of PCIV(tanzhuo zhongzu)and the evaluation of the quality of life,to evaluate the effectiveness of huatan dingxuan decoction and its impact on the quality of life.Method: The patients who conformed to the PCIV(tanzhuo zhongzu)are randomly divided into 2 groups.There are 70 cases,the treatment group is 35 cases,the contorl group 35 cases.Two groups of foundation treatment is aspirin.The treatment group use huatan dingxuan decoction,the patient eat it twice everyday;the control group use yansunfuguiliqin capsule,the patient eats 5mg before sleep.The study total observation lasts 14 days.To grade and compare the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score and DHI,in order to evaluate the effectiveness of huatan dingxuan decoction and its impact on the quality of life.Result: After clinical observing one course of treatment,the two groups have no differences in the TCM syndrome after treatment(P>0.05),but compared with the control group in the treatment group is more effective in improving the symptom,like head heavy as if swathed(P<0.05).The two groups have no differences on the DHI(P>0.05),both of them have effect.Both groups can improve dizziness on patients physical,function,emotional aspects.The treatment group in the emotional aspects of improvement compared with the control group(P<0.05),and more effective.The effective rates are 91.4% in treatment group and 88.5% in control group.Conclusion: On the foundation treatment of aspirin,huatan dingxuan decoction in the treatment patient of PCIV(tanzhuo zhongzu)have exact effect.It can improve the symptoms of vertigo,at the same time,it also can reduce the influence of the physical and improve the quality of life.It worth the clinical promotion and further study.
