Objective To investigate the correlative factors of the proliferative Laryngopharyngeal disease(PLD)Methods 471 patients with PLD were included in this retrospective study, and their basic information, clinical pathology,Reflux symptom index(RSI)and Reflux fluiding score(RFS)were statistically and analysed, analysis of age, sex,BMI,Smoking, alcoholand gastrosis,RSI,RFS,and the correlation between the proliferative Laryngopharyngeal disease(PLD).Results Smoking, alcohol,RSI and RFS and gastrosis were correlated with PLD(P<0.05).While age sex and BMI were not striking correlated. But age sex smoking alcohol and RFS score were significant correlated with the characteristis nature of PLD(P<0.001),and BMI was not that significant(P<0.05).RSI score and gastrosis were not related.Logistic regression analysis found that age, gender, smoking, drinking and RFS score throat were independent risk factors for the development of hyperplastic lesions(P<0.05).Conclusions Influence of laryngeal lesion Whether there is a proliferative lesion, the chief factors covered smoking alcohol RSI and RFS and gastrosis; While proliferation benign or malignant relating age, sex, smoking, alcohol,RFS and BMI.
