Study On The Effect Of Yougui Wan And Selenium Yeast In Serum Thyroid's Antibody Titer Of Hashimoto Thyroiditis(Yang Deficiency Syndrome Of Spleen-kidney)

Objective: By observing the effect of Yougui Wan in serum thyroid's antibody titer(TPOAb,TGAb,TRAb),thyroid's function,and Syndrome of 66 cases Hashimoto's hypothyroidism(spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)before and after the invention,we can further to explore the pathogenesis of HT,and we can also explore the effect and mechanism of Yougui Wan in serum thyroid's antibody titer of Hashimoto's hypothyroidism.At the same time,we can observe the efficacy and safety of Yougui Wan in patients Hashimoto's hypothyroidism(spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome).Methods: Included 66 standard cases,33 patients were randomly divided into control group and other 33 cases were observation group.33 patients in Control group were given basic treatment.Basic treatment is that selenium yeast dose was 100 ug/time after meal and twice a day combining Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets(Euthyrox50 ug);33 patients in Observation group were given foundation treatment and Yougui Wan.Yougui Wan was 1pill / time after meal and 3 times a day.The treatment lasted 12 weeks.The score of TCM syndrome,changes of tongue veins and thyroid's function were recorded every 4 weeks.The thyroid antibodies(TPOAb,TGAb,TRAb)was evaluated before and after the treatment.Results: The research data show that the total effective rate in control group was 51.6% and that the total effective rate in observation group was 62.5%.The result of observation group was better than of control group(P<0.05).The concentration of thyroid antibodies(TPOAb,TGAb)and the score of TCM syndrome in two groups were lower after treatment,which had statistical significance(P<0.05))comparing the two groups.But there is no effective to the titer of thyrotropin receptor antibody.The data of safety index was usual,which proved the security and effectiveness of Yougui Wan.Conclusion:Yougui Wan can reduce the level of thyroid antibodies and relieve the symptom.Yougui Wan is safe and effective in the therapy of cases Hashimoto's hypothyroidism(spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)...
