The Study Of Syndrome Differentiation Regularity Of Cancer Pain Which Based On Periodical Literature

Objective:Use statistical analysis techniques and methods to study the medical record reported in the journal literature about Chinese herbal treatment of cancer pain,and establish Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation regularity of cancer pain,which makes "four diagnostic information-syndrome differentiation methodologies-analysis of pathogenesis-treating medicine" as a whole,that supplied objective evidences for normalization and standardization of cancer pain treatment,and supplied some information for improving clinical effects.Methods:Collect the journal literature of domestic periodicals from the database of CNKI about Chinese herbal treatment of cancer pain from 2005 to 2016,explore the modern TCM syndrome differentiation regularity of cancer pain by using statistical analysis techniques,such as frequency statistics,golden section rule,key word analysis method and so on.Results:Through the data mining study of 124 cancer pain literature,find the modern TCM syndrome differentiation regularity of cancer pain base on the TCM theory,make some innovation and development,and reveal hidden treatment regularity.1.four diagnostic informationThe basic tongue colour of cancer pain is speckled tongue,pale white tongue,dark tongue,and red tongue.The basic tongue shape is the fat tongue.The basic subglossal collateral vessels is thickening.Basic moss is oily,thin coating,moss less.Basic moss colour is white moss.The main pulse of cancer pain is uneven pulse,stringy pulse,knotted pulse,Intermittent Pulse,slippery pulse,thready and rapid pulse,taut pulse,rapid pulse,pulselessness,thready and slippery pulse,taut and slow pulse,deep thready pulse,deep and stringy pulse.The main symptoms of cancer pain are fixed pain,sting,fatigue,loss of appetite,skin armour fault,blood stasis,swelling pain,insomnia,emaciation,cold pain,dull pain,thirst,subcutaneous ecchymosis,abdominal distension,burning pain,spontaneous perspiration,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,thin sloppy stool.2.type of syndrome&syndrome elementThe main type of syndrome of cancer pain is blood-stasis,deficiency of both qi and blood,qi stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm dampness and stasis obstruction.The basic nature element of pattern of cancer pain is stasis of blood,qi stagnation,phlegm,toxin.The basic location element of pattern is merdian-collateral,kidney and spleen.3.prescriptionInternal PrescriPtion of cancer pain is mainly tonification and nourishing blood,elearing heat,regulatirig qi.Representative prescription is Tao Hong Si Wu Decotion,Chaihu shugan powder,Decotion of eight ingredients,erchen decotion,antipyretic and antitoxic decotion,powder for regulating liver and spleen and so on.The basic drug category internal use is tonifing deficiency,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,elearing heat,regulatirig qi,this shows that the main pathogenesis of cancer pain is weakness of vital-qi,blood stasis,heat-toxicity,qi stagnation.The basic drug category external use is promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,elearing heat,dispelling wind and wet,inducing resuscitation,relieving exterior syndrome.Conclusion:Through statistical analysis data mining research,we establish TCM syndrome differentiation regularity of cancer pain in literature-based,which makes "four diagnostic information—syndrome differentiation methodologies-analysis of pathogenesis—treating medicine" as a whole.1.Nature of the pain showed deficiency pattern is more than excess pattern,while pulse condition of cancer pain showed excess pattern is more than deficiency pattern.It's not contradictory.This only goes to show the point that the nature of disease is deficiency in the"root" and excess in the"branch"and excess in the"branch"is the main aspect.2.From differentiation of eight principles,the pathogenesis of cancer pain is mainly deficiency.From differentiation of qi-blood-body fluid,the first place Syndrome types of cancer pain is the blood stasis.From viscera syndrome differentiation,the main location element of pattern of cancer pain is mainly in kidney,spleen,liver.From the analysis of syndrome element,cancer pain is mainly caused by excessive pathogen,such as stasis,qi stagnation,phlegm,toxin;cancer pain is also caused by deficiency syndrome.The main location element of pattern of cancer pain is mainly in channels and collaterals,kidney,spleen,also closely related to liver,and the pathogenesis is deficiency-based,stasis,qi stagnation,phlegm,toxin as the standard.3.The analysis of internal prescription is considered that the major methods of relieving pain were tonification and nourishing blood,clearing away heat and toxic materials,eliminating phlegm and regulating qi.4.The combination of internal and external treatment prescription is compared,both the two methods is treated by blood stasis and heat toxin,and attaches importance to the treatment of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and clearing away heat and toxic materials.Herbs in external treatment prescription has its specificity,such as reliveing pain by dispelling wind and wet and relieving exterior syndrome,Which focus on local treatment,relieving the secondary in an urgent case.Herbs in internal treatment prescription focus on relieving Pain by reinforcing asthenia and tonification,regulating qi and scattering gloomy,it pays great attention to comprehensively,overall recuperation,and treat both principal and secondary aspect of disease.
