Dysmenorrhea is one kind of gynecology,when it happened people felt some backache and lower abdominal pain even blackout undergoing a menstrual cycle.The theory about correspondence between prescription and syndrome is that there is accurate relationship between the prescription and the syndrome.The objection of the study is to find out the correspondence between prescription and syndrome about dysmenorrheal.304 modern clinic cases from 1989 to 2009 collected from relative datas like CBM by internet explorer were divided to five styles including syndrome of qi stagnation blood stasis, cold stagnation blood stasis, dampness and heat stasis, deficiency of both qi and blood and kidney and liver insufficiency by standard about traditional Chinese medicine published by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1994. In the clinic casea the patients' information containing symptoms, signs and their frequency and dosage of herbs which were checked out as the main medicine used to cure the relative kind of dysmenonhea, added with herbs are all statistically analyzed, and to adopt the golden section as division point, and association rule to analysis to research the relationship of correspondence between prescription and syndrome about dysmenorrhea.The results by frequencies classify statistics indicate:the core symptoms about syndrome of qi stagnation blood stasis of dysmenorrhea include abdominal pain before or in menses, menstrual distending pain of breasts and digestion, menses blood clot, unbearably touching digestion, dark tongue and xian mai; the main herbs of prescription contain Chuanxiong, Danggui, Baishao, Chaihu, Yanhusuo,Xiangfu and Zhike. the core symptoms about syndrome of cold stagnation blood stasis of dysmenorrhea include abdominal pain before or in menses, the lower abdomen pain and chills, pain reduction in the heat, cold hands and feet, dark tongue, white coating of the tongue and deep pulse; the main herbs contain Danggui, Baishao, Wuzhuyu,Ganjiang, Chuanxiong and Yanhusuo. the core symptoms about syndrome of dampness and heat stasis include abdominal pain before or in menses, lower abdominal pain with heat, dark tongue and xian mai; the main herbs contain Chuanxiong, Yiyiren, Danggui, Baishao, Danpi and Chishao. the core symptoms about syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood include abdominal pain after menses, fewer and lighter mense, whitish tongue and tiny pulse; the main herbs contain Huangqi, Shudi, Chuanxiong, Danggui, Baishao and Yanhusuo. the core symptoms about syndrome of kidney and liver insufficiency include abdominal pain after menses, dark mensetral blood, whitish tongue and tiny pulse; the main herbs contain Shanzhuyu, Bajitian,Chuanxiong, Danggui and Baishao.The results by association rule show:the confidence between core symptoms and the main herbs of five syndromes of dysmenorrhea is all transcend 38.2%, so both the core symptoms and the main herbs about five syndromes of dysmenorrhea have better relative relationship.By discussing correspondence between the main herbs of prescription and syndrome about five syndromes of dysmenorrhea making the relationship of prescription and syndrome more strict,objective and accurate, so that the results can supply related information for further standardization of research and guiding clinical practice.
