Objective: This study is based on the theory and experience of Pingle Orthopedics and its experience. The influence and effect of the method is based on the biomechanics of the back muscles of patients with lumbar disc herniation. In order to further clarify the mechanism of the method, the subject will explain the mechanics effect of the method of dissolving adhesions and antispasmodic pain in the lumbar disc-herniation.The experimental data are used to make preliminary evaluation and analysis of the method,To provide a reference for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,as well as to provide an objective basis for the promotion. Methods: 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into three groups: the experimental group(the group)and the control group(conventional group). Two groups of patients were treated with piracy method and conventional methods.1day,every 20 min,10d for a course of treatment. Two groups of patients after the treatment, the two groups of patients on a regular basis to health education to eliminate the daily work of patients, learning and life in a variety of factors caused by lumbar spine.(JOA)score was recorded between the two groups, and the pressure threshold, muscle tension(soft tissue hardness)and the average surface muscle in the process of flexion were measured by using the tachycardia / tenderness tester and the surface electromyography instrument.(FRR)were calculated, and the changes of clinical indexes and laboratory indexes were analyzed before and after one course of treatment. The results showed that the flexion-relaxation ratio(FRR).Results: The method was effective in improving the tenderness threshold, improving the muscle tension and flexion and extension than the FRR in the patients with lumbar disc herniation, and it was better in improving the muscle tension, flexion and extension than FRR Conventional method group. Conclusion: The effect of the method is improved by the method of improving the muscle condition of the back muscles, and it is worthy of further study. It is worthy of further study for clinical application.
