Effects Of Bushenzhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Dead Sperm Infertility Caused By Deficiency Of The Kidney Yang

Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical curative effect and mechanism of Bushenzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of dead sperm infertility caused by deficiency of the kidney yang,and provide clinical support.Methods:The cases were collected from reproductive center for integrative medicine in Henan province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2016to November,2016.80patients with dead sperm infertility were randomi-zed into two groups,among the 80 cases,6 cases were dropped because of not according to the prescribed medication and not completing the treatment cycle,in the end 76 patients were included in the analysis:37 cases in treat-ment group(Bushenzhuyu Decoction),37 cases in control group(Yougui capsule).The day patients got initial diagnosis were considered as the start date oftreatment and observation,continuous observation for 12 weeks.The pregnancy situation of the patient's spouse,dead sperm rate,Seminal plasma alpha glucosidase and SOD before and after treatment of the two group were recorded after 12 weeks.Results:(1)Among 37 cases in the treatment group,the cured case,significantly effective case,effective case,ineffective case is respectively 5,11,15,6,the total effective rate is 83.78%;among 37 cases in the control group,it is respectively 2,4,15,16,the total effective rate is 56.76%.By?~2 analysis,the treatment group is superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).By rank sum test,the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The two group can both decrease the dead sperm rate after treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The two group can both improve the Seminal plasma alpha glucosidase and SOD after treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Correlation analysis showed that dead sperm rate was negatively correlated with Seminal plasma alpha glucosidase and SOD,The higher percentage of dead sperm rate,the lower content of the Seminal plasma alpha glucosidase and SOD,Correlation coefficients are-0.719?-0.726(P<0.05);Seminal plasma alpha glucosidase was positively correlated with SOD,the higher the seminal plasma alpha glucosidase,the higher the SOD,Correlation coefficients is 0.512(P<0.05).(5)Clinical observation data of the 74 patients is complete.Situations that influence the results and adverse reactions were not showed during the treatment.Conclusion:Bushenzhuyu Decoction can obviously improve the pregnancy rate of the spouses for dead sperm infertility caused by deficiency of the kidney yang patients and reduce the dead sperm rate,improve the Seminal plasma alpha glucosidase and SOD content,and it is safe for Bushenzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of dead sperm infertility caused by deficiency of the kidney yang,and have no adverse reaction there;Dead sperm rate was negatively correlated with Seminal plasma alpha glucosidase and SOD;Seminal plasma alpha glucosidase was positively correlated with SOD.One of the main causes of dead sperm infertility is the absence of epididymal function and the reduce of seminal plasma alpha glucosidase,and the loss of epididymal function may caused by Oxidative damage and seminal plasma SOD reduce.
