Objective:JuJing Pill is a famous Chinese male specialist, Jiangsu Province, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Professor Xu Fu Song Andrology Institute created the experience of the treatment of male infertility side. Clinical studies have shown that JuJing Pills for the treatment of male infertility can significantly increase in patients with oligospermia sperm density, improve low sperm motility, viability and sperm forward movement speed, lower in patients with abnormal sperm sperm abnormality rate. The efficacy of JuJing Pill both doctors and patients has been affirmed and highly appraised. However, the essence of JuJing small pills for men, the weak son disease mechanism of DNA integrity of the research less. The issue before and after treatment by conventional analysis of semen examination of some indicators, especially the quality of sperm cell composition changes in DNA were compared initial exploration guide mechanism of JuJing Pill.Methods:Give all infertility patients JuJing Pill (components:habitat, Rehmannia, Lycium, Polygonum multiflorum, complanatus, Epimedium, Placenta, Angelica, Codonopsis, Huang Jing, Poria, Coix Seed, Motherwort, Calcined keel, calcined oyster) by the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of the Ministry of Production preparations, oral administration of 5g/time,3 times/day,3 months to 1 course of treatment. Routine semen analysis after three months of testing (according to the diagnostic criteria recommended by WHO 1999):4-7 days of abstinence, artificial sperm retrieval at room temperature for 30 minutes after the determination of semen volume, sperm PH, liquefaction time, sperm density, live rate, abnormal rate of seminal acid phosphatase (ACP), a seminal glucosidase (a-GLU), seminal fructose (Fru), sperm DNA fragmentation rate (DFI), and accounting effective power.Results:93 patients with less asthenozoospermia treatment of patients participated in the test period, 8 cases were excluded, including 3 auto-exit,5 patients required no medication. After the test, we can assess 85 cases.85 patients were checked before and after treatment semen, through statistical test results before and after treatment were, sperm concentration was improved from (13.46±3.564)×106/ml to (19.44±4.910)×106/ml, a degree sperm from(13.42±4.425)% to (22.14±4.967)%, a+b degree sperm from (24.44±7.212)% to (46.05±8.365)%, total active sperm from (35.52±9.817)% to (59.79±8.808)%, teratospermia from (56.29±11.013) to (44.94±9.293)%, biochemistry of Seminal Plasma contrast:a-GLU from (48.60±10.971) u/ml to (54.55±10.821) u/ml, ACP from (112.18±42.037) u/ml to (135.63±43.931) u/ml, DFI from (13.32±4.642)% to (10.33±2.978)%, in which the patients of DFI above 10% from (15.02±4.045)% down to (11.11±2.955)% (p<0.05). In the course of 3 months,5 patients were cured (5.88%), excellence in 22 cases (25.88%), effective 48 patients (56.47%), ineffective in 10 cases (11.76%), the total effective rate was 88.24%. The results of this study also showed that, DFI and sperm motility a% and (a+b)%, event rate was significantly positive correlated, which has a significant negative correlation with sperm deformity rate (p<0.01).Conclusion:1. JuJing Pill can significantly improve the small weak sperm infertile patients with semen quality parameters, including:increased sperm density and improve a level of sperm and a+ b grade sperm motility, lower sperm abnormality rate; 2. JuJing Pill can Less significant reduction in sperm infertile patients with low sperm DFI; 3. JuJing Pill can increase the seminal plasmaα-glucosidase enzyme and acid phosphatase levels.And the decreased seminal fructose may be caused by the increased sperm density consumping too much; 4. DFI and sperm motility a%, (a+b)%, event rate was negative significantly correlated,which has a significant positive correlation with sperm deformity rate.
