ObservationTo observe and study the blood circulation and blood stasis,tongluo solid kidney as the treatment,with the disease theory as the guidance,Take the lamp and the flower for your medicine,"Tongluogushen decoction" combined with traditional western medicine treatment,To treat the clinical effect of chronic nephritis proteinuria,And the influence of this prescription on the relevant laboratory indexes of patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria.In this way,the clinical efficacy of self-designed tongluo solid kidney decoction for nephrogenic proteinuria was evaluated objectively and scientifically.MethodA single blind randomized group design scheme was adopted to distribute the control group and the experimental group in a 1:1 ratio.The experimental group was treated with erbesartan tablet and Tongluogushen decoction,and the control group was treated with erbenshatan tablet.Both groups were treated for 3 sessions,one month each.The total curative effect,TCM syndromes curative effect,laboratory index and safety index of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared for statistical analysis.Result1.Basic information: 72 patients(60 patients were included in this study and 12 were excluded)had no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease,symptoms and other general information before treatment(P> 0.05).2.Over all efficiency: the total efficiency of the experimental group was 96.66%.The total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.Fixity in improving TCM symptoms: test group waist knee pain or stabbing pain,nocturia,pale and dull skin to a fault,numbness,dry mouth not to drink and has obvious curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms.The efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group(P﹤0.05),which had statistical significance.4.Laboratory indicators: experimental group in reducing 24-hour urine protein quantitative,reduce proteinuria,reduce blood viscosity,lower triglycerides were better than that in control group(P ﹤ 0.05),all have statistical significance.5.Safety indicators: vital signs(T,P,BP),blood routine(HGB,RBC,WBC,PLT),and hepatic function(ALT,AST,ALP),renal function(BUN and SCr),statistical analysis and comparison between treatment group and controlled way before using this drug had no statistical significance(P>0.05);The comparison between the two groups after medication was also not statistically significant(P> 0.05).ConsequenceUsing joint Tongluogushen soup he sand treatment of renal collaterals blocked in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria,fixity in improving the waist knee pain or stabbing pain,nocturia,dim complexion,skin to a fault,numbness,TCM clinical symptom such as dry mouth don’t want to drink,and reduce 24-hour urine protein,reduce proteinuria,reduce blood viscosity,lower triglycerides,etc.,theexperimental group curative effect is superior to use irbesartan.
