Clinical Observations On Menopause Syndromes Of Deficiency Of Kidney-yin Type Using Combined Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment

Object: Observe Fertility no.I method flavored with CC to cure kidney deficiency and liver depression type anovulatory infertility,and provide an effective therapeutic method for this disease.Method: Selected between December 1,2016 and December 30,2017 in First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan Institute of Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Yunnan Province)outpatient service of gynecology department including standard cases of 60 patients,which were divided into two groups randomly by 1:1 proportion.It's divided into the treatment group(Fertility no.I method flavored with clomiphene cirtrate)30 cases,and the control group(Fertility no.I method),30 cases,one month as one course of treatment,observation for 6 courses of treatment,by observing of the pregnancies,before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome score,B ultrasonic monitoring follicle development and ovulation,serum sex hormone monitoring the changes of clinical observation and data analysis.Result : after treatment,contrast overall results in the two groups,treatment group was 83.3% and 71.5% in control group,after statistics analysis,two sets of results have significant statistical difference(P < 0.05),the overall efficacy of treatment group is higher than the control group;Comparison of the two groups in pregnancy rates: 42.8% in the treatment group and 23.3% in the control group.After statistical analysis,the results of the two groups were statistically different(P< 0.05),and the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group;Comparison between two groups of TCM symptom integrals: the decrease of TCM symptom score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P< 0.05);Comparison between the two groups of b-ultrasound monitoring of follicular diameter compared before and after treatment: the growth of follicles in the treatment group was better,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The results of two groups of endometrial thickness were compared before and after treatment: the growth of endometrial thickness in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the statistical difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Using Fertility no.I method flavored with clomiphene cirtrate to cure anovulatory infertility treatment is superior to Fertility no.I method treatment,which is capable to improve the conception rate of patients,improve the clinical symptoms,and worth of clinical application.
