The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Combination Of TCM And Western Medicine Treatment Of Infertility Caused By PCOS

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles combined with clomiphene citrate (CC) in infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome, comparing with the simple application of Western medicine therapy (CC and PGV) before and after the treatment, to explore a better way for the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS and expect to enhance the efficacy, and provide a scientific basis for the exploring of pathogenesis and the clinical application of Chinese traditional medicine.Methods:selecting 90 cases conform to the clinical diagnostic criteria. Dividing into treatment group(45patients) and control group(45patients). The patients in treatment group were treated with the artificial cycle of treatment and CC, and the others in control group treated with CC and small doses of estrogen. The observation should be lasted for 3 menstrual cycles. Observing and comparing the changes of clinical symptoms and signs, to analyze and determine the effect of the treatments.Results:After treatment, all patients are improved in clinical symptoms, signs, endocrine, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and early abortion rates (P<0.05).Comparison of patients after treatments, the treatment group in the hair, acne, menstrual quantity, menstruation, ovarian volume, the levels of LH, FSH, LH/FSH in patients and comprehensive clinical curative effect is superior to that in control group (P<0.05). The treatment group in the menstrual cycle, BBT, endometrial thickness, the levels of T, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and early abortion rates in patients, there was no significant difference compared with control group(P>0.05).But judging only from results, treatment group in menstrual cycle, BBT, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and early abortion rates are slightly better than that in control group, treatment group in endometrial thickness, the levels of T are improved slightly weaker than the control group.Conclutions:the artificial cycle of treatment combined with CC in infertility caused by PCOS, was proved efficient in the improving of the clinical symptoms, signs, disorder of endocrine environment, increase ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, decrease the early abortion rates, comprehensive clinical curative effect is better than the control group. AT the same time, to shorten the Chinese medicine treatment, reduce the side effects of western medicine, and provide more suitable method for the clinical treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.
