Objective:The study analyzed and compared the treatment group and the control group on the treatment of the deficiency in kidney ovulation disorder infertility clinical efficacy. The paper reveals the treatment group treat Dysfunctional Ovulatory Acyesis unique and efective,for anovulatory infertility clinical treatment provided reliable basis and ideas.Method:According to the case inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, were collected in51cases as observed cases, and divide them into two groups. Among them,23cases of the control group.Since the fifth day of menstruation or withdrawal bleeding fifth days start to take Clomiphene Citrate50-150mg, once a day, and even served5days.At the same time,take the Estradiol Valerate1-2mg,once a day,until fourteenth days after ovulation or menstrual cramps. Follicular maturation to HCG8000-10000u.After ovulation begins to take Progesterone Soft Capsule200mg, once a day,until fourteenth days after ovulation or menstrual cramps. The treatment group28examples,the western medicine’s taking method is the same to the control group.Based on these,the different periods with the different Traditional Chinese medieine. After three menstrual cycle treatment,we observed and recorded the patients’pregnancy rates,associated symptoms and auxiliary examination results within six months.Then the data were statistically analyzed.Result:(1) Ater the treatment,the pregnancy rate of two groups:treatment group was53.57%and control group was47.83%.(2)The treated chelating rate: treatment group chelating rate was75.00%and control group chelating rate was67.37%.(3) The endometrial thickness:treatment group was9.046±3.290mm and control group was8.139±2.683mm.(4)Not pregnancy syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect:the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of an efficient, treatment group is12.43±0.960and the control group is21.17±1.072. There was a significant difference(P<0.05).(5)The clinical effect of total efficiency results:the treatment group was100%and the control group was56.52%. There was a significant difference(P<0.05).(6)The incidence of adverse reactions:gastroin-testinal reaction rate of treatment group was35%,82.69%in control group.Two groups of contrast has significant different (P<0.05).The incidence of LUFS was2.17%in the treatment group and the control group was 7.50%.The abortion rate of the treatment group was0%and the other group was9.09%.Conclusion:The topics to traditional Chinese medicine theory as a guide, combined with modern medical knowledge and diagnosis technology, the observation and comparison of the two groups on the treatment of deficiency in kidney ovulation barrier sterile comprehensive effect. The pregnancy rate, ovulation rate, the effect of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical curative effect the total efficiency, the incidence of adverse reactions and other aspects of comparison.According to the results,the two groups had no significant difference in the ovulation rate and the pregnancy rate was improved.On the other hand,the incidence of LUFS and abortion rates show a downward trend.As a result of this paper collected case range is narrow,the small number of cases,so did not reach statistically significant difference.In addition,the two groups’effect of Traditional Chinese medieine,clinical total effective rate and the gastrointestinal tract reaction rate statistically significantly, and liver and kidney function of patients with and without adverse effects.So combining Chinese and Western medicine for the deficiency in kidney of anovulatory infertility treatment to further improve and perfect provided a good foundation, it is worth further research and extension.
