Study On The Clinical Value Of Treating H-type Hypertension With Amlodipine And Folic Acid Tablets

ObjectiveThis study aims to examine and evaluate the real medical environment,patients with H the crowd of high Blood Pressure,long-term use of benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine in combination with folic acid,and simply taking benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine group,the plasma level of homocysteine(Hcy)control,Blood Pressure,Blood Pressure,BP)control,as well as the two joint application can further reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular end point events.To determine benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine in combination with folic acid treatment H blood pressure drugs clinical curative effect,aimed at H hypertensive patients prevent and treat ischemic stroke provide new treatment strategies,to a greater degree of prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy,and improve the prognosis of patients with stroke,improve the quality of survival.MethodsStrictly formulated into a set of related inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,selection in September 2016 to December 2016,shenyang medical center hospital affiliated nerve in the diagnosis and treatment of 75 cases of H hypertensive patients as the research object,75 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n = 100).After a year of follow-up survey,eliminating cases do not conform to the requirements,in the end into the group of the experimental group patients(46 cases)and control group(44 cases).Statistics of two groups of patients with gender,age,past medical history,course of compare,history and other related factors,the difference is not significant,comparable.Experimental group patients taking oral benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine step-down at the same time combined folic acid reduced plasma Hey treatment scheme,while the control group patients only oral benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine piece of antihypertensive therapy on plasma Hey not to intervene.The record the related data,namely control plasma Hey levels and blood pressure control,again hair end and cerebrovascular events,using statistical methods to analyze the data,according to the result of calculation for determining drug clinical curative effect and the end of two groups of patients with cerebrovascular event if there is a difference between recurrence rate.ResultsTreatment time is one year,the average every three months for a follow-up survey,record the data,the result shows that the experimental group in patients with diastolic and systolic blood pressure and Hcy levels were significantly lower than the control group after treatment,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group after treatment in patients with cerebrovascular event rates significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Experimental group total effective rate of treatment was obviously higher than that of the control,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThrough a year of treatment and follow-up survey,record data,using the relevant statistical methods,finally,according to the results of the experimental group patients taking benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine in combination with folic acid,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,the value of plasma homocysteine into group were significantly lower.Control group patients taking pure benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure is into the group declined,but plasma cysteine change is not obvious.End compared two groups of patients,the experimental group of patients with cerebrovascular event rates significantly lower than the control group.Which can draw the conclusion:benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine in combination with folic acid tablets can be more effective in patients with lower systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and plasma Hcy levels,for H hypertensive patients,on the basis of the step-down,positive control plasma Hcy levels is critical,two kinds of medicines in clinical curative effect is distinct,can reduce high blood pressure and high Hcy synergy at the end to cerebrovascular events.Both joint applied to patients with H high blood pressure,drug curative effect,can be more prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke,reduce the incidence of ischemic stroke in China.
