The Clinical Research On Tiaoganxingqifang Prescription Treating Functional Dyspepsia And Upper Abdominal Pain Syndrome(Liver And Stomach Disharmony)

Objective:The clinical efficacy and safety of Tiaogan Xingqi Decoction were observed by using Tiaogan Xingqi Decoction to treat functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome(liver-stomach discord syndrome),compared with the control group Qizhiweitong granules.Provide new ideas for treating this disease.Methods : At the outpatient clinic of Shanxi Academy of Chinese Medicine and Heping Branch,90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected.They were divided into a treatment group and a treatment group of 45 cases in accordance with the random principle and a 1: 1 allocation standard.After the basic treatment was given,the treatment group received Tiaogan Xingqi Decoction-free decoction and the control group took Qizhiweitong granules.The treatment time of the two groups was 4 weeks.The total symptom score of Western medicine,the total score of TCM syndromes,the distribution of individual symptoms,the number of barium in the stomach and the amount of water in the stomach were counted before and after treatment.The obtained original data was analyzed and compared with SPSS20.O software.Results: Finally,83 patients were statistically analyzed and 42 were in the treatment group and 41 in the control group.The total scores of TCM syndromes,total scores of Western medicine symptoms,single symptom scores,number of barium retained in the stomach,threshold value and sufficient drinking water before and after treatment all had P <0.05,indicating that all the treatments were effective.The overall efficacy of TCM syndromes in the two groups was different after treatment.The total effective rates of the two groups were 88.1% and 73.2%,respectively.After rank sum test,P <0.05.Therefore,the overall effectiveness of Tiaoganxingqi formula in relieving TCM syndromes was higher than Qi stagnation.Stomach pain granules.Among them,the symptoms of epigastric pain,fullness of flank pain,belching,abdominal fullness,irritability,irritability and too much rest were all P <0.05,suggesting that there is a difference in the distribution of the disease after the two groups of drug treatment,combined with effective treatment.The effective rate of each symptom in the group was 88.10%,90.40%,82.5%,82.50%,80%,85.37% and the effective rate of each symptom in the control group was78.05%,75.6%,68.42%,63.16%,67.5%,75.61%,so Tiaoganxingqi Recipe is effective in improving the symptoms mentioned above due to Qishouweitong granules.In terms of drymouth,bitter mouth,heartburn and acid reflux,the results were all P> 0.05,suggesting that there was no significant difference in the distribution of the conditions between the two groups after treatment.The effective rates of the symptoms in the treatment group were74.35%,69.23% and 78.57%.The effective rates of symptoms were 61.54%,65.8% and75.61%.Therefore,in terms of improving the above symptoms,Tiaoganxingqi Fang and Qizhiweitong granules have the same effect.In Western medicine,the comprehensive efficacy is different after treatment.The effective rates of the two groups are 85.7% and70.7% respectively.After rank sum test,P <0.05.Therefore,Tiaoganxingqi Decoction is better than Qishouweitong granules in improving clinical symptoms.Among them,both upper abdominal pain and postprandial fullness were P <0.05,suggesting that there was a difference in disease distribution between the two groups after drug treatment.Combined with the effective rate,the effective rate in the treatment group was 88.09% and 87.18%and the control group was 75.6 %,71.5%,indicating that Tiaogan Xingqi Fang is improving the above symptoms due to Qishouweitong granules.There was P> 0.05 in both upper abdominal burning and early satiety.The difference was not statistically significant,suggesting that there was no significant difference in the distribution of the above symptoms.Combined with the effective rate,the effective rates of the treatment group were 85.71% and 63.16%,respectively and the control group was effective Each is82.92% and 63.63%,which shows that Tiaoganxingqi Fang is equivalent to Qizhiweitong granules in improving the above symptoms.On gastric emptying,there was a P <0.05 after treatment,suggesting that there was a difference between the two groups in the excretion of barium bars in the stomach.Barium bars remained in the stomach in the treatment group was significantly less than the control group.Stomach pain granules.In the water load test,P> 0.05 after treatment,indicating that there is no difference in the threshold value and the amount of satiety drinking water.The threshold value and the amount of satiety drinking water are equivalent in the two groups.There is no obvious advantage in terms of internal sensitivity.Conclusion:1.Tiaogan Xingqi Decoction is more effective than Qizhiweitong granules in treating comprehensive abdominal pain syndrome(liver-stomach discord syndrome)in terms of comprehensive disease efficacy,improvement of TCM syndromes and promotion of gastric emptying.2.Tiaogan Xingqi Decoction has no obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects during the research process.It can be considered that Tiaogan Xingqi Decoction is safe and reliable and worthy of widespread clinical application.
