Artemisia integrifolia Linn is a perennial herbaceous plant of Compositae Artemisia.It is known as Daur food because of indissoluble bound with the Daur people.Artemisia is a functional green plant of heat-clearing and detoxification,antitussive phlegm,nourishing stomach,spleen and other functions.Moreover,Artemisia has a very rich value of nutritive and medicinal.Artemisia integrifolia Linn contains rich flavonoids which have a very high efficacy and prevention effects.They can be anti-oxidant,anti-aging,high blood pressure,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,cardiocerebrovascular diseases and so on.In recent years,the research of effective components of plants have been widely concerned.In particular,the study of the extraction and separation of active bioactive constituents from natural products.In this experiment,we chose Artemisia integrifolia Linn as the object of study,and the samples were collected in the northeast of Liaoning province in August.The area has abundant rainfall and fertile land,which is suitable for the growth of Artemisia integrifolia.In this experiment,Artemisia was dried,shredded,soaked,The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by extraction,partition various column chromatographic and High Performance Liquid Chromatography methods.The chemical constituents of Artemisia were separated and identified by Infrared Absorption Spectrum analysis and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectrum characterization techniques.The resulting material structures were determined on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic characteristics.They can be determined species and structure from three kinds of solvent extract.The total of 17 compounds were obtained from Artemisia integrifolia with the structures identified as: dodecyl-p-coumarate(1),eupatilin(2),5-hydroxy-6,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone(3),5,4'-dihydroxy-6,7,3'-trimethoxyflavone(4),4'-hydroxy-5,6,7,3'-tetramethoxy flavone(5),3'-hydroxy-5,6,7,4'-tetramethoxyflavone(6),6-hydroxy-5,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone(7),scopoletin(8),dibutyl phthalate(9),2-methyl butyl propyl pht halat e(10),1-pent acosanol(11),n-hexacosanol(12),stigmasterol(13),?-sitostero(14),ergosterol(15),octyl palmitate(16)and 1-tetracosanol(17).Compounds 1,5,6,7 and 16 are isolated from the plants of Artemisia Linn for the first time and 2,4 and 15 compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
