Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. and Artemisia capillaris are belong to Artemisia, Artemisinin and its derivatives are extracted from the Annua are often used as specificanti malaria drugs,Yin Chenhao has a effect in health care drugs, and Annua will be replaced of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. has long been used as the treatment of acute and chronic hepatitis, acute and chronic gastritis, infantile convulsion and other diseases. This is mainly because of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb have many similar ch emical composition with them. Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. and Yin Chenhao have the same chemical composition which are Coumarin, flavonoids, terpenoids. At present, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb were studied in detail. Studing shown that the chemical composition of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. include volatile oils, flavonoids and flavonoid glycosides, coumarins, terpenoids, phenylpropanoids. Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. have pharmacological effects in liver and gallbladder and anti-tumor. The current research on Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. However, there is rarely study of the pharmaceutically active ingredients and medicinal value of its root, stem, flower and leaf except of the whole glass. According to literature, inflorescences of plants has unique pharmacological activity. In order to understand the Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. Therefore, this paper firstly use the inflorescence of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb. as research subjects, Compared with the chemical composition of the whole glass and study its chemical composition. In this paper, the inflorescence of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb is extracted with methanol, and then get the methanol extract. The Recovery of the solvent were extracted with petroleum ether, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, n-butanol. We use the method of GC-MS to study its Petroleum ether layer and we measured 111 kinds of volatile components, according to the database, the relevant literature and identified with the artificial resolve among 95 kinds of ingredients, they are 95.69% of the total content. There is about 38% which is the most alcohol composition proportion of the volatile components, There are 21 kind of compound and their the relative percentage of greater than 1%. As follows:alpha-phellandrene, cares, (-)-cis-sabinol, camphanone Isopulegol, Borneol,4-Carvomenthenol, (6-Methyl-3-methyleneoctahydro-l-benzofuran, Myrtenol, D-verbenone, grandisol, piperitone, E-Farnesene epoxide, Bornyl acetate, caryophyllene, Germacrene D, alpha.-Guaiene, delta.-Cadinene, Eliene, beta.-Humulene, Dibutyl phthalate. Then we will study on compound purification and section of the last three layers. Using silica gel column chromatography and glucan gel separation methods get 20 compounds from dichloromethane layer, ethyl acetate layer and n-butanol layer. In order to study the structure of compounds, We analyzed and identified the structure of these compounds, with the material physicochemical properties,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and other spectroscopic methods. In family, there are three Monoterpene and one Flavone diglucoside, we determinded 15 comounds They are Docosanic acid (1), 3-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)acrylic acid (2),5-hydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone (3), leucovorin (4), yuanhua hormone(5), acacetin (6), β-sitosterol (7), stigmasterol (8), scopoletin (9), different scopoletin (10),3,5-O-Dicaffeylquinic acid (11). luteolin(1,2), hiteolin-7-O-beta-D-gtucoside(13), quercetin-7-O-β-D-gtucoside (14), scopolamine glycosides(15).
