Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Three Positions Integrative Massage on early knee osteoarthritis,to provide some experimental basis for the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis.Method:This subject mainly collected patients who met the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis in the department of orthopedics and massage clinic of Xiamen Hospital of TCM from January 2017 to October 2017.According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion.60 cases were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group. There were 30 cases in the control group and 30 in the experimental group. In the control group,Regular Massage was used to intervene, and the experimental group intervened with Three Positions Integrative Massage. Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.During the treatment, the patients were told to lower the stairs, sit cross-legged,and kneel on the floor to wipe the floor and climb the mountain. And deactivate drugs or health products that may affect the therapeutic effect. At the end of treatment:1.To observe and compare the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment, and to elucidate the influence of Three Positions Integrative Massage on the clinical efficacy of early knee osteoarthritis.2.To observe and compare the WOMAC score of the two groups before and after treatment, and to clarify the significance of Three Positions Integrative Massage in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis in improving the symptoms.3.The adverse reactions that may occur during the treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.4.To observe and compare the effectiveness and safety of the two groups in the treatment period respectively.Results:1.There were no significant differences in age, sex, imaging grade and other related factors(P>0.05).There was no case shedding in the two groups.2.In the WOMAC score comparison before treatment, the data of both groups were subject to normal distribution and homogeneity of variance.T-test was adopted to obtain P=0.965(P>0.05).There was no significant difference and comparability.3.1n the two groups before and after treatment WOMAC score difference both obey the normal distribution:P=0.214(control group),P=0.734(experimental group)in contrast, adopt paired t test, two are P<0.05,there are differences, the two groups after treatment all can improve the WOMAC score.4.WOMAC score comparison:the two groups after treatment test:P=0.024(control group),P=0.008(experimental group),are not obey normal distribution, and the rank and inspection,Z=-2.036,P=0.042(P<0.05).there are differences, two groups of WOMAC score improvement, improved experimental group than the control group.5.In this study, the total effective rate was 76.7%in the control group and 86.7%in the experimental group, while the curative effect in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.During the study period, the patient’s body temperature, respiration, pulse, blood pressure and other general vital signs were stable, and no serious adverse events occurred in either group. Conclusion:Three Positions Integrative Massage Technique and Regular Massage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of early knee osteoarthritis patients, but Three Positions Integrative Massage Technique is more effective than Regular Massage.
