At present,under the background of the new medical reform,it has become a trend to use information technology to develop health services.The improvement of the information level has deepened the reform of the medical and health system and improved the efficiency of medical institutions.Hospitals only rely on strengthening HRP construction to improve the quality of medical care,increase the hospital's income,realize the hospital's information and integration management,and truly and objectively reflect the operating conditions of public hospitals so as to promote the sustainability of public hospital development.The “Guidance on Pilot Projects for Comprehensive Reform of Urban Public Hospitals” issued by the State Council in2015 clearly requires strengthening of the fine management of public hospitals.In the next stage,public hospitals will focus on breaking the mechanism of medicine supplementation and require hospitals to obtain 100 Yuan of medical income for Chinese medicine.Consumables accounted for less than 20 Yuan.The sustainable development of public hospitals requires management departments to strengthen cost management and continuously improve the quality of medical services.The cost management level of the hospital not only relates to the financial management level of the hospital,but also affects the future direction of the hospital.The cost of medical consumables is an important component of hospital costs.How to control the cost of medical consumables is directly related to the operating efficiency of the hospital.This article analyzes the current situation of medical consumables management in S hospital in A province,puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of its management model,grasps the two directions of perfecting hospital HRP construction and optimizing the consumables management process of hospital S,and proposes the improvement measures for the fine management of medical consumables.This presents a new model widely applicable to consumables management in public hospitals.The content of this article is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background of this topic,the significance of the topic,sums up previous scholars related research,introduces the research ideas and research content of this article;The second chapter introduces related theories such as hospital resource planning and fine management of medical consumables;The third chapter is the case analysis,introduces the related policy of medical consumables management in our country,analyzes the current situation of medical consumables management in public hospitals in A province,and puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of consumable management;The fourth chapter combines the supply chain management theory to divide the management of medical consumables into three phases,namely,the upstream phase—purchase phase,midstream phase—use phase,and downstream phase—monitor phase.Each phase proposes improvement measures based on the HRP system.,To promote the fine management of medical consumables and to improve the cost control of medical consumables;The fifth chapter puts forward the conclusions and suggestions of this paper.In summary,optimizing the management of consumables in public hospitals from the systems and management processes can improve the management efficiency of medical consumables,reduce the cost of control and control,ensure the quality and safety of medical consumables,and improve the quality of medical services in hospitals.The hospital's stability and sustainable development guarantee its excellent social service capabilities and provide reference for the improvement of other similar public hospital consumables management work.
