Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty Of Female Children With Liver Depression And Fire Type By Addition And Subtraction Of Chaihu Shugan Powder

Objective:By observing the addition and subtraction of Chaihu Shugan Powder and triporelin respectively for treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty of female children with liver depression and fire type,contrast before and after treatment the patient’s clinical symptoms,Chinese medicine symptom integral,serum sex hormone levels（E₂、FSH、LH）,the diameter of breast,ovarian volume and maximum follicle diameter changes,thus to explore the addition and subtraction of Chaihu Shugan Powder of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy and safety for the treatment of the disease.Method:Selection in September,2016-December,2017 in hubei province hospital specialist out-patient clinic of liver fire growth model50 cases in children with idiopathic central precocious puberty women,according to the degree of disease and their parents will divided into Chinese medicine group and control group,30 cases of western medicine group of 20 cases.Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine group before treatment,age,duration,height,breast diameter,volume of uterus,ovarian volume and maximum follicle diameter,serum sex hormone levels（serum LH,FSH and estradiol）had no significant difference（P>0.05）.The traditional Chinese medicine group medicine group gave the Chinese traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）prescription for the treatment of addition and subtraction of Chaihu Shugan Powder,which was divided into two doses.The western medicine group was given intramuscular injection of triporelin,and the muscle was injected once every 4 weeks.The course of treatment is 3 months.Observe every cases before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,Chinese medicine Sympin-tegral,serum sex hormone levels（E₂、FSH、LH）,breast diameter,the change of the ovarian volume and maximum follicle diameter,safety monitoring index of results to adopt statistical software SPSS21.0comparative analysis.Result:（1）Efficacy comparison:The total clinical efficiency of the Chinese medicine group was87%,and the total clinical efficiency of the western medicine group was 90%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups（P>0.05）.（2）comparison of total points of TCM syndrome:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment（P<0.01）,and there was a statisticallysignificantdifferencebetweenthetwo groups（P<0.05）,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group.（3）Comparison of TCM syndrome and syndrome differentiation:Chinese traditional medicine group of TCM symptoms before and after the treatment of breast growth,breast tenderness,breast bilges frowsty,irritability,can’t stand the heat,constipation,tongue coating pulse condition of integral have statistically significant differences（P<0.01）,the period taken down was statistically difference（P<0.05）,the distribution of pubic hair armpit hair no statistical difference（P>0.05）.Breast development in the western medicine group of TCM symptoms before and after the treatment,breast tenderness,tightness in the chest,a bulge there are statistically significant differences（P<0.01）,the period taken down there are statistical differences（P<0.05）,irritability,can’t stand the heat,constipation,tongue coating pulse condition,pubic hair armpit hair distribution no statistical difference（P>0.05）.The two groups before treatment of TCM symptoms breast development,breast tenderness,Breast bilges frowsty about irritable,Can’t stand the heat constipation Pulse condition of integral coating on the tongue is no statistical difference between groups（P>0.05）in two groups after treatment of TCM symptom of irritability,Can’t stand the heat,constipation Coating on the tongue pulse condition of integral comparison between groups have statistically significant differences（P<0.01）,Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine group breast development,Menstrual pubic hair under armpit hair,Breast pain,Breast bilges frowsty about no statistical difference（P>0.05）（4）Breast diameter comparison:There was significant difference in breast diameter between the two groups before and after treatment（P<0.01）,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups（P>0.05）.（5）comparison of ovary volume:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment（P<0.05）,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups（P>0.05）.（6）comparison of maximum follicular diameter:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment（P<0.01）,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P<0.01）,and the western medicine group was better than the tradit ional Chinese medicine group.（7）comparison of serum E2:There were statistically significant differences in serum E2before and after treatment（P<0.05）.There were statisticallysignificant differences between the two groups（P<0.05）,and the western medicine group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group.（8）comparison of serum FSH:There were statistically significant differences in serum FSH before and after treatment（P<0.05）.There were statistically signi ficant differences between the two groups（P<0.05）,and the western medicine group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group.（9）comparison of serum LH:Before and after treatment of western medicine group,there was a statistically significant difference（P<0.05）,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment（P>0.05）.There was no statistical difference between the two groups（P>0.05）.（10）safety:Both groups showed no adverse reactions during the treatment,and 1 patient in the western medicine group received abnormal blood routine after the treatment,and returned to normal after the examination.The blood routine,urine routine,routine,renal function,liver function,electrocardiogram,fasting blood glucose and thyroid function were not abnormal before and after treatment.Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of Chaihu Shugan Powder and triporelin can effectively improve the liver depression,fire type of idiopathic central precocious puberty girls clinical symptoms and TCM symptom score,shrink breast,ovarian and ovarian follicles,reduce serum sex hormone（promote follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone,estradiol）levels.Chinese traditional medicine group for liver fire idiopathic central precocious improve the follicle size and sex hormone levels of slightly less than triporelin,but in terms of improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine group,and compared with its more economic,security is good,is worth further clinical application.
